-We offer 24/7 messaging but cannot always offer maintenance or staff to attend after 5 pm or before 9 am. We will do our best to resolve your needs and requests as quickly as possible once we have staff available.

-We offer just about everything you need to get started such as coffee, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc but please understand we offer enough to start your trip and any extras you need you will be responsible for.

BEDROOMS: A spacious primary suite with a king bed and en-suite bath is located on the first floor. Upstairs, a second en-suite primary includes its own sitting/TV room. Two additional bedrooms—one with a king bed and one with two twins—share a Jack-and-Jill bath with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower. All bedrooms have Hunter Douglas blackout shades.

3.Sleeps 8 max, additional guests are allowed upon request
4. You will be charged for any damage done to the house or furnishing inside as well as missing items. We do inspections before and after each stay.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.

Things to note-
1.This property is professionally managed by Rockie Ridge Rentals to ensure a smooth and reliable stay.
2.The pool will be heated to 82 degrees in July and August, included in the rental rate
3.The pool closes September 30th and reopens in June.
4.We use Comcast Internet and TV Service.
5.The garage is off limits to guests and remains locked.
6.There is a land line at the house for use as well. Cell reception can be spotty at times.
7. Early check-in and late checkout may be available for an additional fee upon request; availability is not guaranteed and must be confirmed by the host.
