Master bedroom was right in the front. There were no curtains or blinds. The people staying across the street saw me and my wife in action a few times. Drain was clogged in bathroom. Coffee maker broken. Was supposed to get a credit back and never did.

Pretty nice stay. There was an odor when we arrived but we determined it was coming from the master bathroom shower drain and once we started showering in there it started to go away. The kitchen sink would randomly stop allowing water to come out but we didn’t call on this issue as we rarely used it. Very nice not to have to use an elevator to get to your room. A definite perk. The views are lovely (keep in mind you are looking through a screened in porch so pictures are hard to take). The parking spot is a tight turn to get in and out of so beware if you have a larger suv. And the storage room door is very hard to open. The umbrella provided was broken, the chairs were rusting and the seat fabric was about ready to tear off. The unit could definitely use some updates (Jean couch from the 90s, outlets, things have been repainted over many, many times). The Realty companies practices could also be updated. It’s 2025 -why are we required to mail a check to pay for the stay? Everything is done online now. And if you don’t use snail mail you have to pay a credit card fee for paying over the phone! Why do we need to drive to a location to pick up and drop off keys? Everyone else uses a code or keyless entry. We stay in different areas of Florida every year for vacation and this was not our favorite unit or realty company to deal with. We love the area and will most likely be back but not in this unit.

Exactly what the doctor ordered!

Clean, well stocked, perfect for my husband and me. Beach and ocean literally in the back yard, also clean beaches and nice, flat beach to walk in with shallow water. Beautiful sunsets. We did nothing but relax and swim. Wagner realty staff dealt very swiftly with an appliance malfunction and super friendly. We’ll be back!

Right on the beach?! Yes, please!!!

The property is exactly what the listing says it is. Nicely appointed condo right on Bradenton Beach. Plenty of space for my wife and I and our 2 adult children. As they say in real estate when promoting a listing: location! Location! LOCATION! The beach equipment (chairs, floatation items, and umbrella) were a little in need of replacement but they worked for us. Although, be advised, there is only 1 umbrella so if you have more than 2 people on the beach in need of some shade, you'll need to rent another umbrella as we did. There is a public transportation (free, btw) stop within steps of the property which is great. A couple of negatives. The condo was not as clean as I would have preferred upon arrival. Also, a couple of items needed adjustment/repair. 1) The freeze door was not shut all the way due to a slightly misaligned or blocked track. When we opened it, there was so much frost in there, we literally made snowballs. Also, the pocket door from the 2nd bedroom to the attached bathroom was off of its track. We did our best to reset it but it was still askew and nothing more we could have done so our kids just used the hallway door. Other than those minor things, this place was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Would totally stay again!

Loved the island, loved the location, loved the unit. Right on the beach. Could tell it was loved by the owner as evidenced by special touches such as excellent washer and dryer, abundant towels and blankets, and a kitchen stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, utensils, Tupperware that far superseded any rental I’ve ever seen. A nice little outside closet contained beach chairs, umbrella and other beach accessories. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Awesome location!

Our condo was beautiful with stunning views of the ocean! Beautifully decorated condo with plenty of space. The area was close to restaurants and shopping. We will be back!

Wagner Realty Overcharges and Under delivers

This property has the most amazing views and location but I was overcharged by Wagner Realty. Then, when there were electrical problems in the unit that burned out two Mac computers and a cell phone, it took them three days to send someone to check on it and they refused any responsibility for the ruined computers and phone. I recommend that you look at other units in this building, not managed by Wagner Realty. They were rude and unresponsive.

Sept 26 had mandatory evac from our location. lost 3 days of vacation time due to hurricane. Property was as advertised but picture of condo was shot at least 5 years ago. had to take second look upon arrival but everything worked out great.

Great location! Exceptional view & beach!

I'd definitely stay here again and again. The location on the beach was just perfect, especially with small kids made it simple to just walk out straight onto the beach. Loved that the place came with beach chairs and toys as well.

Wow. What an amazing place. Perfect location to free trolley, shopping, and restaurants. Beautiful views and just as described. Only issue was the fridge was way too close to wall so when you opened it the door rubbed and wouldn't open fully. Bed was a bit too firm for us too. However beyond those little things---it was a phenomenal experience. Would definitely book again.

Great place overall

We had a great visit and overall the condo was really nice. Just a few things that we feel could be improved and one thing that definitely was a bummer that we did not notice in the listing when booking. The screen on the patio definitely stinks. Not being able to enjoy the view from there, particularly at sunset was a bummer. No other properties within view of the condo had screens on the patios. Not sure why this building does it but it makes hanging out on the patio a subpar experience. The other major bummer was how firm the mattresses are, would be nice if there was a mattress pad topper. Also, there is plenty of room in the master for a king sized bed. It would make it much nicer for couples. There were a few other minor inconveniences like small cooking pans, not enough paper towels or toilet paper for a week’s stay. We had to purchase more. We also shad to keep a squishing small ants in the kitchen. After reading this now I feel like a big whiner but it was an expensive stay for us and we wanted to be honest. Thanks.

1st time at AMI location was spot on!!!

We loved the area, the beaches were beautiful. The room was nice and clean. There was plenty of dishes if you wanted to cook, the views were amazing as well. Only complaint is the bed was small and wasn't comfortable.

Great location on the beach

The condo was roomy for the 4 of us (2 adults & 2 children) and was a great location right on the beach. It was located fairly central to activities on the north side of Anna Maria or going south to Bridge St. in Bradenton Beach, Cortez Beach, Coquina Beach. The rental is well kept and modernized. It was nice having pool access as well as the beach. The screened in balcony is probably the best feature and much of our time was spent there when we weren't at the beach.

Celebration for 4th of July

This property was excellent. Very clean and close to everything. Just steps down to the beach which was lovely. They had chairs and plenty of towels to use. Pool was a plus and not crowded. Kitchen was well stocked. TVs in all rooms and remotes which all worked! We had a great time and even got to watch fireworks from the beach since it was 4th of July!!! We were lucky enough to meet the folks cleaning the rooms which were so nice and gave us tips on where to eat and things to do. Stephanie was also so nice and helpful on checking in. Made everything so easy. We will definitely choose this place to stay again.

Awesome Location

The property was well kept and photos were exactly like the actual property. Proximity to beach was perfect for our family. With 2 children (ages 3 and 7) it was nice to walk down to the beach and easily return to the condo for food and naps then return back to the beach!
