Beach view was unbelievable with just steps to the beach. Very clean and had everything you need to prepare a meal. Kitchen is modern and so beautiful. Claudia was very accessible and accommodating. Could not have asked for a better host and unit. Loved that it is on the end giving you a wider view of the beach from the balcony. Absolutely perfect!

Place was just how it was described. Comfortable and clean. Very good location. Beach chairs and umbrellas very nice. Loved that they kept plenty of cleaning supplies available. Definitly would stay again

We had a lovely stay. The proximity to the beach can't be beat...with the option to watch each beautiful sunset right from your lanai. Plenty of beach chairs and towels to use as the condo was well equipped for everything you need. Beds were very comfy too! And there was ample parking so never an issue getting a spot. Didn't make it to the pool, which is quite small, but never really needed to since the ocean water was blue, beautiful and refreshing every day!

This condo is exactly as listed! You walk out the condo door and the stairs literally place you in the beach!! Claudia was wonderful to deal with and responded quickly about any questions we had.

This was easily the very best vacation rental we have ever stayed in. It was spotlessly clean. It was so well stocked you could just bring your bathing suit and start your vacation. We drove, and so brought beach chairs and towels etc—but we won’t next time—everything was there. The level of amenities—lovely towels, fantastic bedding, a gourmet kitchen—not to mention the lovely balcony and unbeatable beach access all contributed to make our 2 week stay really fantastic. Claudia was attentive and always accessible if we had a question—thank you! If I could give 10 stars I would. Highly recommend! We will be back.

The host was very welcoming. Easy check-in and check out. The condo is clean, stylish and comfortable. It's a corner unit with an expanded view. The condo complex is small with plenty of parking. And, you can't get any closer to the beach!

Perfect beach get away

Beautiful property right on the beach. We were able to walk to restaurants. There was ample parking. We would stay here again!

We had an excellent trip to AMI! Great location and beautiful home! We have 2 children and it was a very comfortable space for four. We are already planning our next trip back!
