Esta casa de vacaciones para no fumadores, frente a la playa, es ideal para familias y es un refugio maravilloso con dos master suites. (Ambos con puertas francesas que se abren al balcón junto al mar.) Bellamente remodelado.

Pesque en el surf o desde el embarcadero o en la bahía. Disfruta del café de la mañana en la terraza. Juega en la arena y surfea durante todo el día. A la parrilla una hamburguesa o el pescado que captura. Esté atento a los delfines mientras disfruta de las aves costeras.

Cocina y baños hechos a medida (granito, acero inoxidable, baldosas de travertino, puertas de ducha de vidrio sin costura). ¡La amplia cubierta envolvente de 40 pies ofrece hermosas vistas de la costa del Golfo de Texas! * Buscando huéspedes maduros que respeten y disfruten de esta hermosa casa frente al mar.

La cubierta de gran tamaño incluye una larga mesa de picnic y sillones, con mucho espacio para tomar el sol, leer o simplemente reunirse con amigos y familiares. Encontrará dos mesas de picnic en el patio de concreto debajo de la casa. Se proporciona una ducha al aire libre. Dune walkover está a pasos de la puerta de tu casa.

Absolutely great communication with the host. She was right upfront that the city water tastes (and smells) bad so we cooked, drank, and brushed our teeth with bottled water. Having spent many times elsewhere where this is common, it was not an issue for the family. As I like to bake on vacation, the kitchen had everything I needed to make breads, biscuits, and pie.The house easily accomodated the 6 of us with beautiful views of the gulf. It was a minute walk across the dunes to the beach and it was a nicely quiet road with little traffic near the house.Everything was as advertised, very clean, and easy.Great host who put up with my questions early on before we made the trip and once we arrived checked on us to make sure everything was perfect.Definitely a great place to bring a family and a great location to boot.

Wonderful family getaway

This is a wonderful property right on the beach. Nice little bridge to walk over and you are there. Immaculately clean with a full kitchen with plenty of dishes, pans and utensils to cook meals. We will rent this place again!

Amazing Day 1

We fell in love with the property day one of our stay and will rebook every other year for a family beach vacation. Super clean, Beach bridge access immediately at your door, Plenty of parking, very Updated, great amenities, fantastic water views 24x7, tons of space for family gathering, game night always fun at the table, and kitchen perfect for cooking large family meals. The kids had plenty of space in their rooms and privacy. Loved the four bathrooms for showers & convenience. We loved to order delicious pies from Ann’s catering. Mini Mart blocks away & gas. Comfortable and communication top notch. Best rental we’ve ever had over the years. Family memories that’s what it’s all about.

Great location, right on the beach!

Very clean, plenty of space, walk way to the beach over the dunes is right beside the house, very convenient. Host was amazing with communication. Plenty of cooking supplies, nice showers, comfortable beds. Living room and two bedrooms had tvs. Not a thing to complain about! If we are in this area again we will definitely book again! Side note, vehicles are allowed to drive on the beach, however this location only allows them to go one direction, which helps with the traffic. We stayed last week in March, very quiet during the week, slightly busy on the weekends. Perfect!

Fantastic place

This house was beautiful! The owner/manager was very nice, communicated easily with us and showed up very quickly when we struggled to understand how to lock it up when we went out. A beautiful view of the beach from the house! They even left a homemade key lime pie in the refrigerator as a welcome gift, and it was delicious! Thanks, Ann! We would definitely stay there again!

Beachy Thanksgiving.

Property well maintained. Good amenities, everything we needed we could find especially the kitchen. I cooked our Thanksgiving meal and meals for 4 days. Loved the plethora of utensils, blender and coffee makers, (individual pod or multiple cup carafe). Easy access to beach, comfy beds, and lots of cozy blankets. My family loved it.

Great vacation!

We stayed at this location for a family vacation in early October. The weather was cooler, and the water was still warm enough to swim in. The house was very clean and very well maintained. There was a delicious apple pie waiting for us when we checked in. The view from the living room is great with so many windows. There were plenty of beach chairs to use on the beach. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We had a great stay here!

Absolutely Perfect!

I can go on and on about how much we enjoyed staying at “Seas The Day”. Located right on the Surfside beachfront, but since the road/driveway doesn’t extend to the beach itself there was only occasional foot traffic on the walkway over the dunes. The host was responsive and helpful, the house was clean Clean CLEAN (far cleaner than any beach house I’ve ever seen). Solid stairways/railings, and overall construction/condition was top-notch. Nice furnishings, well-stocked kitchen utensils/plates/cups/etc., great appliances. Solid internet service, and the TVs all worked well. The bedrooms were exactly as described, high-quality beddings and towels, super bathrooms with great showers and plumbing. Hot water smelled sulfur-y at first but dissipated after some use, which the pro plumber in our party says “means the water heater needs a new anode rod” (apparently a quick/inexpensive fix). Although we brought our own propane tank we were unable to get the downstairs grill to light. Thankfully the large oven sufficed. All in all, a wonderful weekend at a really nice rental. Über-highly recommended!

Great Break on the Beach

Well designed for a large family get together. Plenty of rooms. Great gathering area. Nice views and deck with a short walk to the beach. The manager was amazingly responsive. When we lost air conditioning, it was fixed within two hours. Highly recommended and would go again if we vacation in the area in the future.

Great location

Perfect place for a family gathering. House was perfect for us. Not disappointed at all. Only note ... water smells terrible when showering but that's not property owners fault. Take plenty of drinking water. Sure can't drink water from faucets. Had plenty of boogie boards for the grandkids. Deck is great. Having an outdoor shower is great for beach days.

Memorial weekend

We were so amazed at the beautiful and spacious accommodations. Debbie was always quick and helpful in response to our questions. Her warning about the crowded beach on Memorial Weekend was helpful. We were able to easily get out to the beach with our tents early and reserve our spot. The beach was much quieter after the long weekend. Everyone in our family of 12 enjoyed our stay!

Spectacular Family Vacation

We had a great time. The home was clean and ready, we are right on the beach. Living room and dining were bigger than the picture for 12 of us, so we all had a place when we ate or played games. The beach chairs were fantastic to have. The grill worked really well. The multiple bathrooms were a blessing and we always had hot water. Thanks for a great family vacation.

Lovely house

Can I stay forever?

Everything was great! We have 4 kiddos and the bedding arrangements were perfect. Bunk beds! Lots of bathrooms! And right on the beach. Debbie was super nice and even left us a cake! Thank you!

Pelicans and other coastal birds are never far away. Dolphins can be seen from the jetty at the island's west end. Spend your days sitting on the deck, swimming in the ocean, or playing in the sand. You can fish in the surf or sign up for an offshore fishing charter. The unobstructed beach views make this a truly relaxing experience.
