CasaBlanca is a charming newly updated beach home on the second row with awesome ocean views from the front deck. You enter into an open style Living/Dining Room that allows everyone to be together for meals, conversations, and other family activities. 2 Bedrooms with Queen beds and Jack 'n Jill half Bath between. The other side of the living area has a bedroom with bunk beds and a Full Bath. Step out of the Great room to a wonderful covered deck with great water views.

Perfect place to stay, cute cozy & comfortable!!! It is close to the water, splash pad few blocks up, jetty not too far away to enjoy a day of fishing & close to a couple restaurants & a gas station!

Beautiful cozy Beachhouse

Awesome, Beautiful, the pictures online does not do this gem any justice. I was truly amazed how beautiful & well kept this house is! Great location! We had a wonderful stay! I truly recommend this house🤩

Great ocean view from the back porch. Clean. Only issue was the bathtub has rust stains, dishwasher did not clean dishes. It was also leaking water into car port.

Hidden Gem

I’ve stayed in Surfside five times now. I’d never stayed in this particular area so was hesitant because it wasn’t right on the beach. It didn’t wind up mattering. The amazing deck faced the water, so I had a fantastic view as well as heard the amazing ocean sounds. We had quick access to the main beach entrance. Everything was just wonderful!

Not at all as described! Could not shower in bathroom, stated bathtub unsafe., had to shower outside. Ants all over the inside and outside of house. No bed linens. Used our own. Water from sinks smells like sewer. Stained unclean toilets and sinks. Washing machine does not work, can not use it. Not at all what we were expecting.

Simple and cute

The place is in a nice location. Cute simple set up inside. Nice stove and blender to use. The tub is rotting and leaks though..no baths at all. The shower curtain is too small for the shower. Not able to realistically wash clothes in the house because it takes 6 hours to dry a load. Almost no pans or cookware really. Beds are very very uncomfortable. Not all the blankets and things used by others are washed/cleaned for the next. Really needs a good deep cleaning and tub replacement and would be so much better!! But other than that it was great!

Nice place, some minor issues.

Overall the property was nice. The owner responded quickly to communication. It's a tight fit for a large family but we knew what we were getting. The back porch is large and nice. While we were there a sliding door stopped working and the dishwasher wasn't working right. There were also some ants on the kitchen counter. One thing to note, the beach is only a 2 minute walk away but the section nearby only has the beach available at low tide. At high tide its just rocks. We hadn't realized this and had to drive a little ways to get to the beach. Not a big deal but we would have preferred to walk each day. Mosquitos were a big nuisance at the base of house but I'm guessing it was just a bad time of year for that.

Peaceful location

Omar is amazing and super fast to respond. We had a little issue with the dishwasher and he immediately had someone come out to try and repair it. Unfortunately, it couldn’t be fixed but I don’t blame him for that at all. Appliances sometimes just go out. Overall the location is super peaceful and convenient to anything you need.

Great beach trip

Had a great stay in Freeport at this beach house. Loved being so close that we could watch the waves over morning tea or coffee from the deck. Took frequent walks on the beach, which our dog thoroughly enjoyed. Omar is super responsive. Would stay there again.

Great Beach Weekend

We had a really nice time here in Freeport / Surfside. The property was as listed and expected. The outdoor shower was a great touch, being able to rinse and clean off from the beach. We really enjoyed the deck and ocean views!

Great weekend at the beach

We had a lovely weekend at Surfside, the house was clean, well equipped and located at the quieter end of the beach which was perfect for us. Will be booking again :-)

Small town experience

Love love love this town, everyone we came in contact with was very pleasant. Perfect size house for are family, we loved it and so did my puppy’s, I put up a little fenced in potty area for them down stairs and it was perfect for them. We will be coming back to the same house. Thank you so much for a great family Christmas getaway with perfect weather for December. Thank you once again.

Surfside beachhouse

nice place to stay very comfy. bedrooms are a bit small but we spent most of our time on the deck. had trouble finding lockbox at first bc instructions didn't explain how to find it. but I called and Omar answered right away and walked me thru it. my only complaint is the front staircase on street side has one step that is off. it is not spaced equally with others. several of us almost tripped if we weren't aware of it. its a safety hazard. otherwise the beach house was really great!

Cute Place

We really enjoyed the location of the house. It's a bit smaller than we thought it would be, but we made it work. There were 8 of us. It's a cute home, but didn't feel it was cleaned that well prior to our arrival, and there were many ants.

Our family enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to the beach, lovely deck, cute place! Essentials all generously provided, so no trips to the store needed for things like toilet paper or paper towels.

Such a cute beach stay!

The pictures don’t do this home justice. We loved this rental and how close it was to the beach. 2nd row. When we stayed there (end of June to early July 2021), there were fairly new steps to the beach area, where we almost had it to ourselves. The water was beautiful with nice waves and the sand golden 💕. Some have said that the beach was rocky, but that wasn’t our experience at all. Omar was quick to respond and very helpful, not that we needed much. The decor in the home is beachy chic. We have loved Surfside for years and will definitely be back!

Lovely rental!!!

Wonderful stay!!! We were there for 7 days and loved it. When we entered, there were fresh tulips on the entry table. The house was lovely with beautiful, beach-vibe decor. The couches were comfy, with lots of pillows. It was nice that hangers were in the closets, shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower, and a big relaxing porch with a hammock. Nice view of the ocean! Good breeze. The seawall along the beach in front of the house made it a tad difficult to walk onto the beach. We had to climb down the rocks to the water, but once there, it was great (when the tide was low). The water was wavy and warm. Looks like the city is building stairs for access (or the stairs were destroyed by the waves), but they aren’t finished being built yet. Once complete (or fixed), access will be far easier. A public beach is only 1/2 mile away. Parking is free, but if you want to drive onto the beach (which we chose to do), it’s only $12 for a pass that lasts until Dec. The beaches were wonderful, and we literally spent every day on the beach. We brought a canopy and glad we did. Mosquitos are bad this time of year (June 2021) with all the rain, so we wish we’d brought mosquito spray when at the house. But there is a small grocery store 1/2 mile away, which is super convenient. There aren’t ceiling fans in the rooms, but the kids’ room came with a stand fan. My family HAS to have a loud fan to sleep, but we planned ahead and brought two fans from home, so the lack of ceiling fans weren’t a problem at all. The AC worked great, and I loved the chandelier in the living room. The back door and sliding door was hard to open and close. The beds were super comfortable, and the TV was great (we brought a Roku stick, which worked well with their WiFi). We went out to eat twice while vacationing. Our favorite place was the Seahorse Bar & Grill. It’s right on the beach and the food is delicious. Service could’ve been better. We stopped by the jetty 3 nights in a row, and we made our way down to the rocks to the left of the jetty, where there’s a beach. In between the rocks are hermit crabs, which were fun to find. Def go to the jetty if you have time. Overall, fabulous rental and location. And the owner was always quick to respond to any questions.

Memorial Day Stay

The home was perfect in size for our family. I really appreciated the owner reaching out when thing went wrong with one of the appliance in the home. Cleaning personnel could of done a little better cleaning. Who ever was there before us left a lot of food behind. The coffee machine was full of coffee ground we had to clean in order to use, (Which we didn't mind cleaning, but a little common courtesy clean after yourself). Aside of that we enjoyed our stay had a lot of fun. And would be renting in the future is available.

Cute beach house close to the beach

We loved our weekend stay over Mother's Day weekend. The house is such a cute little house, was very clean, and well furnished with all the necessities. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely will be renting again. Communication with the owner was also excellent!

Great location

This cute, charming property is very close to the jetty park where surfing is great, and a very short drive to the public beach access. The view from the deck is really nice and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We all loved sitting on the deck in the mornings/evenings for breakfast or drinks/snacks. The house had everything we needed, except a corkscrew. Maybe we just didn't see it, but we have a kit in our car that has a one, so I didn't need to bother the owner with that question. Every time that I did need information, Omar was very responsive and answered all questions promptly. I didn't pay close attention when booking, but it is a pet friendly property and there was evidence of cats having been there. I sure was glad that I had my allergy medication with me! The beds were not the most comfortable, but we only stayed 2 nights, so overall my teens, spouse and I enjoyed our stay!
