Welcome to Your Mount Dora Retreat

Located on a quiet street, this cozy 1,200-square-foot bungalow is just a short walk from downtown. It’s a great spot for everyone, offering a peaceful stay with easy access to local attractions, shops, and restaurants.

Living Room

The living room is spacious and cozy, with a Smart TV that has all the popular streaming apps—just log in with your own account to start watching. Kick back by the electric fireplace, hop on the free Wi-Fi, or enjoy a laid-back evening with some board games and books we’ve stocked for you.

The couch also turns into a double bed, for more sleeping space.

Kitchen & Dining Area

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics for cooking, including a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee makers (drip and Keurig). The dining table has a high chair available. You`ll also find a Crockpot, toaster, blender, ice maker, water filter, and some spices.

There are three bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and quality linens for a good night’s sleep.

➣ Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival

➣ If you are local and / or under the age of 23 please notify us before making your reservation

➣ We will place a small deposit hold on your credit card 2 days before your arrival to cover any accidental property damage that may occur and it will be released after your check out. If we fail to capture your security deposit, your reservation will automatically be cancelled

➣ We would like to inform you that for direct bookings, a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform`s cancellation policy

➣ Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud.

➣ No parties or events allowed

➣ Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible

➣ NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed

➣ There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund

➣ Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them

➣ Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in)

➣ As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property

➣ The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit

➣ This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:

- Please note that a $100 Pet fee will be applied per reservation.
- Please disclose pets at the time of booking. All pets must be added to your reservation so the applicable pet fee can be applied.
- We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy.
- No more than TWO (2) animals, no larger than 65 pounds.
- Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets.
- Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated

➣ Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos

➣ For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera

➣ Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week

➣ Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation, for any reason, will be considered no-shows. No-shows are non-refundable, and no credits, reschedules, or exceptions will be provided under any circumstances.

➣ If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs
