The master suite features a king bed, private balcony access, a spacious walk-in closet, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. For added convenience, the owner has provided a bench in the master bath. The second and third bedrooms each have two queen beds, and both enjoy private bathrooms—one with a tub/shower combination and single vanity, and the other with a walk-in shower accessible from the bedroom and hallway. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room offers additional sleeping space.
The living area boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, a large sectional, and two recliners, perfect for gathering with family and friends. Enjoy meals together at the dining table with seating for eight, the breakfast bar with seating for four, or step into the kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a double oven, a beautiful backsplash, and both a Keurig and drip coffee maker. An adjacent wet bar with icemaker, sink, and additional storage adds even more convenience.
Outside, the spacious balcony is furnished with Polywood furniture, including rockers, a side table, and a large dining table, so you can relax and dine while taking in the breathtaking Gulf views.
