Located directly on the Kokosing River. One neighbor within view but are seasonal. Very quiet peaceful place.

Eagles are abundant in the winter and if you're a birdwatcher this is the place for you.

The double sliding doors offer a beautiful view of the river even from the bed and can be opened in the summer to offer the relaxing and calming sounds of the river.

Enjoy a movie or your favorite music on the outdoor tv or bluetooth speakers on the deck or enjoy a fire while watching the river.

Honey Run Falls is within 5 mins and Kenyon college in Gambier is a short distance from the cottage.

The 30 mile paved Kokosing gap trail runs along an old railroad bed and is a short 2 mile bike ride from the cottage.
