▪︎Bedroom 3 (Bunk Room): A family-friendly room with a full-over-twin bunk bed and a separate twin bed, all with new comfy mattresses.

▪︎Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms and one half-bath are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels, and hairdryers.

▪︎We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process. We will not be present during your stay but are always available via the messaging app or by phone if you need anything, from local recommendations to assistance with the home.

▪︎Being directly on the Suamico River offers incredible boating opportunities. You'll have direct river access to Green Bay, opening up endless possibilities for exploration on the water. The area is fantastic for fishing—whether you're after walleye, perch, or northern pike—and ideal for watersports like kayaking, paddleboarding, or tubing right from your backyard.

▪︎ Seasonal River Access: In warmer months, you can enjoy direct river access for boating, fishing, and watersports right from the property. The private dock is removed in winter to protect it from the ice.

▪︎ Winter Activities: When the river freezes, you can access the Bay of Green Bay for ice fishing. The area is wonderful for snowshoeing, scenic winter walks, and exploring nearby trails.

▪︎ Check-in/Check-out: Early check-in and late check-out are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Please send a request in advance for written approval. Additional charges may apply.

▪︎We’re happy to welcome up to two dogs with a pet fee of $125 per dog. If you’d like to bring more than two, please message us first—as approval and additional fees depend on the number, size, and breed of the dogs.

Most guests find it easiest to drive their own vehicles, as the Suamico area and greater Green Bay are simple to navigate. Plus, we offer free parking with access to a 2-car garage and additional driveway space.

If you're flying in, Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport (GRB) is conveniently located approximately 8-10 miles away, a quick 10-15 minute drive depending on traffic. Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area for your convenience from the airport or for getting around locally.
