Forget your worries in this peaceful and thoughtfully designed 800 sq ft studio—your cozy cottagecore escape on the Northern California coast. Whether you’re exploring the majestic Redwood National and State Parks or enjoying a day at the beach, this serene space is the perfect place to unwind.

Attached to our workshop but fully private, the studio features its own entrance, dedicated parking, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Start your morning with coffee in the full kitchen, or end the day with a relaxing soak in the large custom rainfall shower. The open-concept layout includes a plush king-size bed with a memory foam mattress for restful sleep, plus a sleeper sofa ideal for additional guests. Stream your favorite shows on the smart TV while curled up on the cozy couch.

We welcome pets—just note they must be cat-friendly, as we have our own furry friends on the property.

Guests have access to the apartment, the parking area with outdoor seating, and the area directly in front of the apartment with outdoor seating. Please do not enter the garage the apartment is attached to, the upstairs space above the apartment with the access door on the side of the building, the Cozy Camper, or the main house.
We want your stay to be relaxing, not full of chores. We don’t ask you to do a bunch of chores at check out ;) We just ask that you don’t leave us a big mess.

Have a full trash? Just send me a message and leave the bag by the door. I’ll take care of it for you :)

Sheets, comforter, and pillows for the couch can be found in the king bed drawers
(Will only be provided for more than two guests unless requested)

The locked closet in the laundry room is the hot water heater closet. If you'd like to see it, we would be more than happy to come in and let you take a look. The locked cabinets in the laundry room are our cleaning crews supplies :)

The king bed sits high so those with mobility issues may have a harder time

We have 5 cats that come outside and may come up and say hi :)

We have friends and family that stay in the upstairs space above the apartment from time to time. It is a completely separate space with its own access at the side of the building. They will have no access to your space in the apartment. You may be able to hear them walk up the stairs and walk around in the space above. We do ask them to remove their shoes and walk softly to not bother our guests :)

We will be doing grounds work over the spring and summer as well :) You may see us out cleaning up the property, planting trees and flowers, watering etc.

Our property boarders Pelican Bay State Prison. You can not see the prison but you can hear the yard speakers, range practice, and sometimes music. It’s mostly quiet, but you can hear it at times.
