🛟Ahoy! You found your NEW Vacation Home right here at the Port of Brookings on the Oregon Coast (with A/C!!) 🛟Harbor Lite is your own private Oasis in the middle of the Port! Fab for one or two; VERY comfortable for up to 7 people AND your pets! This Home is CLEAN, Modern & Spacious, w/all the amenities you can ask for!! (It IS pretty noisy in the busy Summer months as you’re literally AT the Port)
With me as your Personal Host and concierge, you’re sure to have a great stay! You’ll be communicating with me directly- not thru a VACAtion company. Rest assured, your trip will be amazing!
🛟Your own HOUSE! With plenty of parking (bring your boat, or moor it across the street in the harbor!) Quiet mornings, peaceful Sea Breeze filled nights. Sit back & relax in beautiful PRIVATE surroundings. Full kitchen, 50” flat screen Smart TV in the great room, (as well as another private Smart TV in the Beach room) Both bedrooms have quality queen beds and topped with three pillows each. (There are always extra blankets & pillows readily available for your own perfect sleeping requirements)
In addition to the two bedrooms, there’s a modern leather couch in the main living area that makes into a surprisingly comfortable queen bed, and…we have……… a LOFT! ;)
🛟This home is Roomy, spacious and VERY comfortable. The Huge eat in kitchen is awesome for cooking and entertaining, and the big gas BBQ right outside- is ready for your fresh catch! Personality and whimsey are everywhere! A spectacular show that lights up in the “walls of windows”…
Natural light floods throughout the entire home (and showcases some really awesome modern Art and Local craftsmanship!) Most of what you see here are one-of-a-kind pieces, designed and placed exclusively for your enjoyment :)
🛟A stones throw from all the “Sea” action- Seals, Seagulls, and Sea Lions. You’ll hear Fog horns, Sea sounds, and the light house bells in the distance- all 24/7. Again, a bit noisy during summer.
🛟Just about everything you’ll want is right here at the Port- within walking distance. Buy local caught fresh crab from the docks!
Six Restaurants, ice cream & candy shops, and a small market- even a brand new Arcade…are all right across the street!

🛟In Summer months, this entire area is packed with visitors! You are literally on the most popular roadway here! So it is somewhat noisy at times. In winter months…October-May…it’s quiet but still lots of great Fishing, King Tides & Crabbing are fabulous reasons to visit Brookings! And HEY!!!! If you get bored…Bobbi’s is right next door!!
⚠️This home is based on double occupancy. TWO guests, One bed, no pets. EXTRA GUESTS are $50 per guest/per night- after the “double occupancy” rule. Yes, pets are EXTRA. $100 per pet for the entire stay. Service pets are free. ⚠️Emotional support dogs are not service dogs. The Americans with Disabilities Act cites that emotional support dogs or animals DO NOT HAVE THE TRAINING to do specific tasks in assisting a person with disabilities or impairment, unlike service animals. Hence PETS are not free in any of our homes. “Children” ages 3-17 are considered adults. Infants under 2 are free ;)
