Location, location, location!!! It conveniently located to Downtown New Orleans, The Super Dome, Smoothie King Arena, French Quarters, Jazz Fest, City Park, The New Orleans Museum of Art (NOMA) and the Lake (Pontchartrain) Front . It's also located in the beautiful, Oak tree lined streets of the Historic Esplanade Ridge District community adjacent to the world renowned Treme' community. Established in 1718, it's one of the oldest settlements in the colonies, and is noted for it's influence and development of Jazz. Congo Square, a nationally designated historic site established in 1817, is also located there. It is where enslaved Africans and free people of color gathered to engage in various entrepreneurial, spiritual and cultural activities.

It is one side of the uniquely New Orleans architectural structures, the shotgun duplex. Built in the late 19th, early 20th century, of cedar wood, it has survived major hurricanes Katrina in 2005 and Betsy in 1965. It has been retrofitted with all modern feature comforts such as, Central HVAC, Laundry room w/Washer & Dryer, Refrigerator w/Icemaker, Shower & Bidet toilet. It's vault ceilings have ceiling fans installed in every room. The most recent updates are the custom blinds, Fleur-de-lis glass design door and glass exterior screen door.
