This 2-bedroom house in New Orleans is perfect for your escape to the vibrant city. The bedrooms feature a king bed, a twin bed, and 2 queen beds, ensuring a marvelous night's sleep for all guests. With amenities like heating, WiFi, and a washing machine, your stay will be nice and convenient. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer for your convenience. We hope you enjoy what our place and New Orleans has to offer. You will be a short drive from any of the downtown areas of NOLA, and have the ability to walk to the Jazz Fest Venue. The patio is great for relaxing and boasts an exorbitant amount of seating. There is also a grill out there for anyone looking to do a little BBQing. You'll be both comfy and stylish with the funky designs. The place is retro themed and features multiple Frida Khalo art and fixtures. The toilet seat was custom made to enhance the Frida vibes. The king suite boasts a wall mounted TV for anyone who enjoys to fall asleep to the television. Pet Friendly

It was a comfortable home. Beds were really comfortable. Max is a great guy to communicate with. Could just use a little more kitchen ware, and a broom and dustpan in the house.We enjoyed it.

Honestly it was homie ,but I wasn’t expecting a guest house, the outside furniture cushions should be replaced and I would’ve enjoyed it more as I am an outside person but overall Max was great the beds were super comfortable the house was clean and I appreciate him for letting us stay in his guest house

We had a lovely stay at this property. The host was very welcoming and accommodating. It was easy to access and it’s very close to the interstate which makes it easy to get everywhere. Everything functioned perfectly and we felt very comfortable! The only downside was there was only one mirror which made it a little hard when we were trying to get ready to go out. Overall 10/10, I would definitely recommend!

Everything was really good! There was a minor issue with the AC not working properly for a night but Max had rectified the matter quickly the following morning. That's the only reason my rating was 4 stars. However, it really should be 4.5 stars if I could. Overall, a very enjoyable experience for my partner and his cousin!

This was a cozy spot for us to break up our trip from Texas to Florida, and it was super cozy and cute. It was clean and comfortable, and Max replied quickly to my questions. We would like to have had a little more secure parking, but our cars were off the street which was good.

Loved the location, being able to walk to Jazz Fest was a game changer for us, and being so close to French Quarter for great food and live music.Very clean property, Max was very responsive and had great dinner suggestions.

Good Vibes

Max's place is great. We stayed for 4 nights and the space looks exactly as pictured. The location is a bit out of the way but not far from major attractions. You will need to uber or have a car. Max was responsive, and the check in process was seamless. This space was comfortable for the three of us. The only downside is there is only one mirror in the bathroom which is the medicine cabinet. Please get a full length mirror...we need it! Other than that, I would highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

My name is Max and I have lived here in NOLA for 6 years. I used to visit New Orleans frequently as a tourist and I love this city. I was lucky enough to get a job opportunity here in 2018 and jumped at the chance. I have since been fortunate enough to be able to host renters the same as previous hosts used to host me. It meant so much to have a great spot to stay when I visited, and I strive to offer that to any and all of my guests as well. I am originally from the Washington DC area, and I like to bring my fast paced work energy to the Big Easy of NOLA. I enjoy water sports, fishing, cooking, football, going on long walks downtown with my wife and dog and golf. It brings me so much joy to host travelers looking to enjoy the best of what NOLA has to offer. Please reach out for any recommendations or guidance for your trip. I am here to ensure it is one to remember!

The two things that I love most about the neighborhood of this home are that its is peaceful and quiet, and it is very centrally located. You can get to almost any part of the city in 10 minutes or less. It is also walking distance to the Fairgrounds where Jazz Fest is held. The highway is about 7 blocks away and can help get you anywhere you need to go. Elysian Fields Ave is the same distance and is a straight shot to the Marigny and French Quarter neighborhoods. Uber or Lyft is typically $15 or less to most desired areas.

This property is unique for the Frida Khalo themed art and decor. The custom toilet seat really is the cherry on top. The yard space boasts an exorbitant amount of seating, is fully gated and secured and it features a BBQ grill. You'll have space to park 2 vehicles off street. Please just notify me ahead of time if you have more than one vehicle so I can ensure my vehicle is not in the driveway. The king suite features a wall mounted TV and a dedicated work space
