Esta impresionante propiedad directa frente a la playa está a solo 20 minutos del Daytona Speedway y a 90 minutos de las atracciones de Orlando y Disney. La unidad tiene dos habitaciones bien equipadas y 2 baños.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King size y TV por cable con vista panorámica al mar.

Abra las puertas corredizas de vidrio a la suave brisa del océano que lo adormecerá para dormir por la noche o salga al balcón y observe la salida de la luna sobre el océano. El dormitorio principal cuenta con un baño completo y un vestidor extra grande.

El segundo dormitorio está decorado con un tema náutico. Está amueblado con dos camas dobles. Tiene un vestidor extra grande con una cama plegable para un huésped adicional.

Se proporciona ropa de cama adicional para las dos habitaciones junto con muchas toallas y paños para los dos baños. El segundo baño tiene una gran ducha.

La cocina remodelada está completamente equipada, como en casa, con todo lo siguiente:
Microondas, horno, lavavajillas y nevera / congelador con máquina de hielo. Se incluye tostadora, cafetera, licuadora, ollas / sartenes y platos, etc.

Mesa de comedor con capacidad para cuatro personas, además hay un mostrador de cocina con 3 taburetes para comer adicional.

La sala de estar está decorada con buen gusto con sofá, 3 sillones reclinables y un centro de entretenimiento con TV por cable (pantalla plana) y DVD. Tiene puertas corredizas de vidrio que acceden al balcón y vistas al océano.

La unidad está cómodamente amueblada y ha sido redecorada recientemente.
Hay ventiladores de techo en la sala de estar y en las dos habitaciones.

Desde la comodidad del balcón, disfrute viendo a los pelícanos volar o sentarse en las altas sillas del patio y ver el amanecer sobre el océano.

¡Incluso podría ver a los delfines nadando o las tortugas marinas que anidan cerca!

Para su comodidad, hay una lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo justo afuera de la puerta principal en un cuarto de almacenamiento cerrado con llave, solo para su uso personal.
La unidad cuenta con Wi-Fi y teléfonos con larga distancia gratis en Estados Unidos y Canadá.

This is a awesome place to stay. We enjoyed our time. It is not a busy area which is the way me and family like. It is great for family time one on one. The owners are wonderful to deal with and very responsive.

We had a great time!

Owners were so nice. We had our own parking space in a lower level garage which was nice considering the heat. They have everything you need. It was very clean. Highly recommended.

Recent Ormond Beach visit

The condo is well equipped in the kitchen, as well as plenty of towels. Beds are comfortable air works great however it would have been nice to have smart TVs and a little bigger TVs in the bedrooms. We were able to sit and watch dolphins on the balcony.. the only downfall for us was the washer and dryer being outside of the unit a little inconvenient but other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

Perfect vacation

The condo is lovely and it was very clean upon arrival. Communication from our hosts was fantastic and they answered all our questions. We had everything we needed inside the condo for the beach and cooking for the week. There are grocery stores conveniently located and activities in the area. Please pay attention to signage in the common areas about rules and expectations. There are people who live there full time and I witnessed some residents aggressively call out guests for not following those rules. They are easy to follow.

Comfy, peaceful and clean!

We were staying in the area to attend a music festival and this unit fit us perfectly! The unit was a little piece of paradise for our stay. Good location, quiet and peaceful. The furniture was comfortable, the amenities were nice. There was everything we would need to go to the beach or pool. Our hosts were wonderful to work with and made us feel right at home. The only thing I would change is to have stayed longer. We hope this unit is available the next time we come to the area but would understand if it isn’t. Thank you for making our stay so nice! We hope to be back soon!

Perfect condo in a perfect location

The condo is very clean and exactly as advertised. Perfect location with beachfront access. It's a quick drive down to downtown Daytona. The sound of waves all day is awesome too. Owners also had a binder with take-out menus for restaurants, and they were very helpful when we asked about a specific place to eat! Definitely would stay again.

Nice Place and Location

We were in town for a death in the family. This place was as advertised. Very clean and spacious for my wife and I and two adult boys. The location is great with beach front and access to Ormond Beach, Flagler Beach (and Daytona if you want). Unit has everything you need. The best part is the sound of the waves crashing! Lovely place!

The beach view was wonderful! The condo clean and comfortable. It is quite dated, but very clean. Everything you need is in the condo. Plenty of towels albeit they are a bit worn. Easy communication with the owner. I would definitely stay here again.

Great family vacation

John & Linda are the most accommodating hosts. Their condo is clean, spacious with all the comforts of home. It was so nice to have beach chairs, beach towels and plenty of shower & hand towels available for use. The kitchen has everything you could need, including a coffee maker that features a carafe and single, k-cup pod. It is a family friendly environment, and I would go back in a heartbeat! Great Place to stay with Nice Views

This was not our first time staying at Ormond by the Sea but it was our first visit to the Van Lee. It was a very nice, quiet place located on the no-drive part of the beach. The closest life guard was about half a mile up. The pool was kept clean as well as the hallways. The room was fine. The views from the balcony were good. The guest bedroom had two full beds which was great. The master bath is a little outdated but we aren't at the beach to spend time in the room anyway. There were two elevators for fast service, plenty of carts to help you take your luggage and/or groceries to the room. Security is tight. You need a key to get into any door or gate. I tried to take the stairs up from the parking garage (you need a key to get into the stairwell). If you go to the pool, you need a key to get back into the building. Access to the beach also requires key entry to and from. I have to problem with safety but there were several times on the trip when the key wouldn't work and we had to walk around the building by beach access to get to the front door. Maintenance was pretty quick at getting it corrected each time. Overall, the stay was excellent and I would definitely return again.

Ormond was the perfect place to start our summer vacation. The views were spectacular and the condo very comfortable. We had plenty of room to spread out on the beach as it was not overly crowded. Owner was quick to respond to my questions and greeted us at the door to show us around. Plenty of beach toys and chairs to use and the kitchen was well stocked. Nice stay

The property was exactly as described. The balcony has the best unobstructed view of the ocean. It was a convenient place to stay while attending the Rolex 24 at Daytona but without the traffic. The only complaint was fireworks being lit on the beach behind the condos well after midnight one of the nights we were there. I think that was an anomaly because every other night was so quiet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great place !!!

Everything you need on vacation. The condo had all bases covered, everything you could need for comfort and to enjoy your stay. There is a Publix close. Great beach area ,and pool area. I can't wait to bring my family back again.

Best vacation in a long time

We made this reservation not expecting a whole lot different then the past. But wow from the wonderful condo, pool, beach, surf and some locate restaurants it gets an A+! We had some unexpected financial issues arise before our trip and seriously considered canceling. But we are so happy we did not. We only wish it could have been longer! We will be back!
