Esta casa ha sido totalmente renovada y convertida en un hermoso y contemporáneo refugio de 3 dormitorios y 2. 5 baños. Hermosos pisos de madera noble adornan 1 Swing About, así como nuevos baños y cocina y todos los muebles nuevos. Situado en el corazón de Palmetto Dunes Plantation, este es el hogar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de una hermosa laguna y una vista arbolada en la gran terraza trasera. Con una mesa y 6 sillas, el área de la terraza es perfecta para cenar al aire libre con la parrilla a gas.

La gran sala de estar tiene pisos profundos de cerezo y una acogedora sala de estar con 2 sofás, uno con una tumbona y cómodos sillones en una decoración azul marino y blanca. Dos puertas correderas y una pared de ventanas permiten la vista pacífica boscosa y laguna. Un gran televisor de pantalla plana montado en la pared y un medio baño fuera de esta sala son comodidades adicionales.

La cocina del chef es fabulosa con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y hermosos gabinetes de cerezo oscuro. Una isla de cocina con 2 taburetes y un televisor de pantalla plana ofrecen un entorno ideal para socializar con el cocinero. Un armario de la cocina tiene una lavadora y secadora. Además, una barra de desayuno con 3 taburetes se abre a la zona de comedor con capacidad para ocho personas.

Un amplio dormitorio principal incluye una cama de trineo, 2 cómodas sillas y un televisor de pantalla plana montado en la pared. El baño privado tiene una cabina de ducha solamente. Una habitación de invitados tiene una cama queen y un sofá cama. La decoración es blanca con una atractiva alfombra floral de paisley. El segundo dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama con dosel con ropa de cama azul y marrón paisley y un televisor de pantalla plana. Las 2 habitaciones comparten un baño completo en el pasillo.

Es .8 millas a un camino de playa y 1. 3 millas al Palmetto Dunes Beach Club. El Palmetto Dunes Pool se encuentra a 1, 5 millas de distancia, al lado de Trent Jones Golf Clubhouse y General Store, y ambos sirven el almuerzo. También puedes pescar fuera de la laguna detrás de la casa. Esta casa tiene internet inalámbrico.

Palmetto Dunes Buggy es un servicio de transporte GRATUITO puerta a puerta a la playa, Shelter Cove Marina, tiendas y restaurantes. Este servicio de transporte funcionará desde el 1 de abril de 2012 hasta el 30 de septiembre de 2012.

STAY AWAY!!!!!

Renters beware!!!! This house is totally misrepresented and I’m not sure where the cleanliness reviews posted were obtained but so not true. Upon check in we found numerous dead cockroaches in multiple rooms of the house. Due to having several children with us (one of which has asthma ) we immediately became concerned of a possible outbreak in the house and increase risk for the GI bug /salmonella etc. I immediately contacted the owner and after several messages she agreed to refund my money and for us to check out at 10 am the following am. We took all of our stuff out to the cars to prevent taking roaches home and started looking for another house. The following day I attempted to contact the owner concerning my promised return and she would no longer reply to my messages. I filed a fraud complaint on my credit cards as well as contacted Vrbo who had to contact the owner in order for her to contact me again. At that time even though in writing she denies offering me a refund and stated no one would refund for roaches. I literally spend my entire vacation trying to get what she promised me back because of her roach infested house !!!! A formal complaint w Vrbo is made as well as pics of roaches and conversation w the owner have been copied and can be supplied to anyone who would like to see this property as well as owner are a fraud!!!!!! STAY AWAY!! This owner has no business being able to offer her home on Vrbo

Great Location and Pool

We loved our stay and would definitely return. Pool was amazing and the house was clean and well stocked. Great kitchen and great, quiet location. Mikhail was really responsive and helpful.

Family Birthday Retreat

My family and I stayed at this rental and it was simply beautiful. It is located within the Palmetto Dunes neighborhood which was great for bike riding and taking morning walks. The backyard is secluded and next to a nice lagoon. There is enough room within all rooms, and everything you needed from games, household items, linens,pool toys,, etc. were provided. We weren't able to utilize the grill because it wasn't cleaned but the kitchen was beautiful to conduct all cooking. Also, if attending off season or if you prefer a heated pool inquire before your stay because there is a fee. It wasn't outlined within the description so ensure to inquire beforehand so it can be ready before your stay. The heater is located outside so it was turned on quickly. Homeowner was very responsive and provided great customer care. Will definitely stay in the future! I already have friends who i have referred the rental due to their inquiries. ENJOY this HOME away from HOME!

Cute Palmetto Dunes House

Booked this house for 7 member of my family. House is very cute and even better than the pictures. Well equipped modern kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and a half bath. The pool is beautiful and the whole backyard is so lush and pretty. The owner was very responsive and there were little amenities in the bathrooms and kitchen that were much appreciated. The things I would note are as follows, the pullout sofa was good for the kids, but maybe not as comfy for adults, all the beds are queens so if you have a baby that insists on climbing into bed with you it can feel a bit cramped. The parking passes are $25/each, and make sure to drive slowly in the neighborhood as there are plenty of inexperienced bikers. We drove through Sea Pines and really preferred Palmetto Dunes. We had a great time and would book this house again.

Great VRBO!

We were extremely pleased with this property. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool area was wonderful. The only downside is the beach is farther away than we would have like. It is a long walk and difficult with beach chair, umbrella, etc. The owner was very accommodating and quickly responded to any of our questions. We would definitely stay again if our vacation plans take us back to Hilton Head again.

Great home. Great location. Great Vacation!

My wife and two children (19 and 16) spent a week at this property. The home was clean, spacious, had everything we could possibly need for our stay, was in a great/quiet location and the property owner was extremely gracious and easy to get in touch with. The pool was wonderful and the home is a relatively short bike ride from one of the nicest beaches on Hilton Head. While the photos of the house are nice they do not adequately show how large and nice the property really is. We would highly recommend this home for a family vacation.

Beautiful, peaceful and private!

We had an amazing stay for our 25th anniversary. . The home is decorated beautifully and has every amenity you can ask for and then some. Comfortable and spacious with a gorgeous, sunny pool. Short and scenic bike ride to the beach or Shelter Cove. Had an unbelievable trip and will definitely return!

Fantastic place

Beautiful house with modern touches. Gourmet kitchen with gorgeous views on lagoon and swimming pool. Large swimming pool was brand new. We swam all the time and kids refused to go elsewhere.

GREAT VACATION!

We absolutely loved this house. It was very clean, beautifully decorated and had tons of space for us and our kids to spread out. The kitchen was a dream to cook in and we enjoyed staying in most nights and cooking. The house is in a perfect location to ride bikes and catch the shuttle to the beach. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing vacation

From the moment we entered Palmetto Dunes, we were amazed by the beauty of the location. The house was totally renovated and shiny, with all new amenities and gourmet kitchen! Everything is brand new! It gives a feeling of very nice boutique hotel. The house is located on the secondary road, so there's very little traffic and extremely quiet. We have stayed in other Hilton Head locations, which were nice, but this place is just amazing! We had everything we needed in the house, and it was extremely clean and beautiful! The description and pictures of the property are 100% accurate....actually it is much more beautiful when you see it in person. The house is so large that everyone had enough space to spread out. It also has a huge deck that overlooks the lagoon. Wild life is amazing there! we saw an alligator and several different birds. Our men all had fun fishing in the lagoon, and kids loved how close the pool was, and there were usually only a few people in the pool, when we went swimming, which was almost every day. We went to the Disney beach house and were so pleased with how close it was to the house and how much parking was there. We definitely recommend this house to anyone who plans to travel to Hilton Head.

Beautiful home

We enjoyed a relaxing stay at this home. The setting is lovely and quiet. The house is decorated with a casual elegance that is very comfortable. The kitchen is is beautifully designed and well appointed. Everything in the home is clean, modern and as depicted on the website. The owner is most helpful. We have stayed at Palmetto many times and this is one of our favorites rentals.
