The kitchen is separated from the living room by a sliding glass door. It is equipped with a stovetop, microwave, and all the necessary kitchenware and utensils for cooking.
In the living area, there is a dining table, a comfortable sofa, and a 50-inch television. Floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows provide excellent natural light, and a sun-protective film helps prevent the apartment from overheating.
The bedroom features a queen-size bed, a spacious wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A washing machine is installed on the balcony.
