Our home is a hop, skip and a jump to being on the beach with a cold drink in your hand and kids (or adults) playing in the surf and sand. This home is the perfect getaway with rooms for everyone & comfortable beds & furniture! You really are just a few short steps away from the beach. (Please read our reviews, our guest have been pleasantly surprised at the location) There are beach toys for the kids to use & beach chairs to make time on the beach enjoyable. There is a charcoal grill for making your meal times a breeze. Plenty of outdoor seating on the deck in captain chairs, adirondacks or at the table on the upper deck enjoying your morning coffee or a meal. Below there is a large picnic table with seating for the whole gang. Rocking chairs to sit & enjoy the ocean breezes & settle into.

Our home has an open and airy family room with cozy seating and multiple sliding doors that open onto the partially covered deck for great views of sunrises and sunsets, a nice start & end to the day. Relax with the HD TV that allows for access to your Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts. Stay connected with Free Wi-fi from Xfinity prime internet and streaming capabilities. Our home is also equipped with a Ring security camera at the entrance of the upper and lower areas for added security when property is unoccupied, verify maintenance crews, verify check-in/check-out. We have also placed in our home hand sanitizer, hand soap, travel size toiletries and laundry soap for our tenants use.

The dining area seats 8 at the bar height table attached to the kitchen and 6 around the table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker & regular brew coffee maker. Drinking glasses, wine glasses and coffee cups, eating utensils, dinnerware, serving platters and multiple pots & pans are provided for our guest to use while at the house making prep and mealtime super easy.

There is also a community pool and play park that is a part of our home's benefits. The pool is open from 28 May til 5 September on Tuesday thru Sunday from 12noon til 7pm. There is a daily fee of $5 for 5 yrs and up that you will pay. There is a pavilion with picnic tables and a jungle gym for the kids to play on as well.

We enjoy our location because there are many conveniences close by gas, ice, liquor shops, coffee, Way West Pizza (our fave), Subway, Nate's Seafood restaurant (a family classic), churches & so much more. We think it has all you need to be glad you rented here & want to come back!

Our home is perfect for couples, multi or large families. 3 bedrooms on the main level include: the master with 1 King sized bed with a large closet, four full size storage drawers and TV w/basic cable. Guest room has 1 Queen with a half bath en suite, shelf & hanging space. Another guest room has 1 Queen with a large closet, storage drawers and TV w/basic cable. There is a full bath on the same level located in the hallway. A suite is tucked away on the ground level with a separate private entrance (no access from above)has 1 Queen bed and 1 Twin bunk, a full bath with shower, mini fridge and K-cup coffee maker and the full-size washer and dryer for your use are located down here, this area is perfect for teens, adults or family. All rooms have ceiling fan & room darkening shades & multiple electrical outlets.
