This beautifully maintained 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sits on a high and dry corner lot in the sought-after Butler Beach neighborhood. Whether you're planning a beach vacation, a relaxing getaway, or looking for a home base while exploring the nation's oldest city, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.

To the right, you'll find the primary suite, featuring a king-size bed, a dedicated workspace, and a spacious en suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower & soaking tub.
To the left side of the home, there’s a cozy queen bedroom and a double bunk room—ideal for kids or extra guests. These rooms share a full hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo, providing both comfort and convenience.
Throughout the home, you’ll find thoughtful upgrades, including a new roof, fully re-piped plumbing, and a UV air purification system for enhanced air quality and year-round peace of mind.

Most points of interest are easily accessible by car. Nearby highlights include Matanzas Inlet, Marineland, Downtown St. Augustine, Palm Coast and World Golf Village. If you choose to drive onto the beach, please only do so if you have all-wheel drive!
Getting Around:
📍Walkable to both the beach and intracoastal—no need to drive for sunrise or sunset strolls
📍Just a short drive to historic downtown St. Augustine (about 15 minutes)
📍Easy access to A1A for shops, restaurants, and groceries
📍Plenty of free parking at the beach and nearby parks
📍Rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft are available in the area
📍Great for biking along the coast or to local cafes and attractions
Other Things to Note:
🏖️ The beach is a 10 minute walk across A1A. Drive on beach access point at Matanzas Ave is a 3 minute drive away. Must have 4 wheel drive. The intracoastal is a 5 minute walk down the street. Beach accessories can be found in the garage.

💳 Credit card processing fees will NOT be refunded in the event of a cancellation.
🆔 Minimum age to rent is 25. ID verification is required.
🐾 Pets allowed with a fee. Please inquire before bringing pets to ensure you do not incur additional fees.
Pet Policy: For the safety and comfort of your pets, please do not leave your pets unattended inside the property at any time.
🚫 No parties, no smoking, and quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
📌 NOTE: If your stay is 21 days or longer, $100 will be added to your cleaning fee to accommodate a deep cleaning. We will coordinate payment upon booking!
