AHOY! Sail away with us to your beach destination vacation! This beautiful property offers plenty of space for you and your closest mateys. This fully stocked and equipped kitchen will provide a chef with everything they need. Enjoy your days soaking up the sun in our backyard oasis while enjoying the hot-tub, or during the warm months feel free to use it as a small pool! A quick walk to the white sandy beaches where you`ll relax and find many treasures.

Step inside to discover a meticulous interior that has everything you need for your stay. The living spaces are perfect for entertaining or simply unwinding with loved ones after a day in the sun. Prepare delicious meals in the kitchen or head outside to the bbq.

As the day comes to a close, head out back to the perfect retreat for relaxation and serenity. Use the hot tub to warm up or during the summer months use as a plunge pool, it is deep and is the perfect to cool off!

For those seeking entertainment and dining options, look no further. With a plethora of restaurants, bars, and shops just a short stroll away, you`ll never run out of ways to enjoy the vibrant beachside lifestyle.
Walk to the beach within 5-8 minutes, there is a safe crosswalk right next to the house to access A1A and to make your way to the public beach entrance.


- L A Y O U T -

Walk into the open living spaces, the dining room, living room and kitchen. The kitchen is stocked very well with anything you will need to cook. The built in dining area is so cozy and perfect for family meals and games. Step down into the living room with a comfortable sectional, multiple arm chairs and a large tv to enjoy a movie after a long day at the beach. Off the living room is the screened in patio. There is a covered seating area that has a tv. Then enjoy the hot tub area or make your way outside to the grill area and space to layout or let the dogs run wild in the fenced in backyard.

Going back inside, from the front door off to the left you will find bedroom 2 with the king bed, then walk through the jack and jill second bathroom to bedroom 3, then make your way to bedroom 4 all on the left side of the home. The heart of the home or the center is the living room, kitchen and dining. Off to the right is the primary bedroom and bathroom.
The garage is off the kitchen and has plenty of beach gear. Park in the driveway, there is room for 4 cars. Washer and dryer are in the second bathroom.

-Primary bedroom - King Bed, Smart tv, large closet, attached bathroom, door that leads out to screened in patio.
-Second bedroom - King Bed, Smart tv, closet, door to second bathroom.
-Third bedroom - Queen Bed, Smart tv, dresser, door to second bathroom, french doors to 4th bedroom and a door to the living room.
-Fourth bedroom - French doors from the third bedroom is this expansive room. Extra large king bed on the bottom bunk, twin bedon the top, twin bed under the king as a trundle. Also there is a sitting area with a couch, tv and kids games and books. There is also a door that leads out to the screened in patio.

-Full bathroom with large walk-in shower, soaking bathtub and dual vanity, attached to the primary bedroom with expansive walk-in closet and separate WC. Barn door from bedroom.
-Second full bathroom with large walk-in shower shower and laundry. This bathroom is a jack and jill style that attaches to both bedroom 2 and bedroom 3. Large walk-in closet and dual vanity.

The house is fully available to guests except for a locked closet for the owner.

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.

We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

We love welcoming pets! Dog friendly: cats are not permitted. Just a quick note — the pet fee is NOT automatically included in your booking total. It will be added separately after your reservation is confirmed.

Pet Policy - We are happy to host your dogs! 2 dogs allowed, please reach out with any questions. We ask that you do not leave your dog`s alone at the house for long periods of time, distressed animals can cause damage or excessive barking can upset neighbors. The beach is dog friendly, there are leash laws. Please tell us about your dog(s). We love to hear about them!

*Pet Fee - A pet fee will be charged, $175 1 or 2 dogs for the stay. Please let us know when booking your pet information. There is no pet fee for certified service animals, we do ask as a courtesy to let us know if you will be bringing a service animal during your stay.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
