Prepare a hearty breakfast before a outing or settle in for dinner together. The kitchen includes a blender, air fryer, Crock-Pot, and Instant Pot, making meals at home easy.

Large windows welcome natural light, while the fireplace adds warmth to relaxed evenings. Gather for a movie on the big-screen TV or settle in after a day exploring Pagosa.



Outdoor & Fall Living

End the day with a soak in the private hot tub overlooking the golf course, or bring a warm drink onto the deck and enjoy the quiet surroundings.

Guests have spotted deer, rabbits, birds, and even a fox. Wildlife sightings vary, but watching for visitors is part of the pleasure of staying here.



The Neighborhood:

Enjoy a peaceful setting with convenient access to Pagosa Springs. The hot springs are approximately 4 miles away, with shopping, dining, and golf just minutes from the cabin. Nearby lakes and trails offer opportunities to explore the outdoors and enjoy the scenery.



Other Things to Note:

• Up to two dogs are welcome. A fee of $75 per dog applies.

• Exterior security cameras are located at the front and in the backyard.

• Two portable A/C units are available for warmer days.
