This rustic, yet modern house with its open floor plan is the perfect choice for your Pagosa Springs visit!
When you get back from your day of adventure enjoy the spectacular view off the porch of Pinon Lake or relax in front of the gas fireplace while watching TV or use the sound bar to Bluetooth your favorite music.
It has all the amenities with a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes, microwave, crock pot, toaster oven and coffee pot. This home has ac, gas fireplace and electric furnaces.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The split bedroom plan was perfect for our group and the baby supplies were very much appreciated. The kitchen was fully equipped and rhe extra supplies like toilet paper and paper towels were a big plus. The only negatives were the lack of window coverings or blinds to filter the sun….light is lovely but the sun was blinding early morning through the kitchen and late afternoon through the back porch windows. The windows were quite dirty too which was a shame as the view was lovely. We saw deer 2 days and hot air balloons one day. Very nice place we would stay again.

The PERFECT place to stay if you have Kids!

This property and house we amazing! Great views from the backyard, fire pit, nice back porch, plenty of kid friendly yard space!! And that's just the outside! The host has all kinds of extras to help you keep your kids entertained and has all the necessities like a high chair, pack n play, stroller, nap mats! It was an amazing stay and experience! We got to see deer and hot air balloons from the back porch. It was THE PERFECT vacation for me and my family!

Wonderful home - just wow!

This home was so well equipped and Marti (the owner) was amazing. There was a little snafu with the check-in, but it was no fault of Marti's. The automated system didn't send our door code, but Marti took care of it in a timely manner. The house overall, but especially the kitchen is well equipped - we were able to make dinner 2 of the nights we were there with no problem. The beds are comfy, the house is restful and pleasant, also incredibly clean. The VIEW is AMAZING and the kids enjoyed the snow-filled yard for their "epic snowball fight" and building snow people. We will definitely be booking here again!!

Beautiful and Relaxing Space

We were so excited to experience skiing as a family and play in the snow. The house and host were both amazing and we enjoyed every minute of our vacation.

Beautiful house on the lake

We loved this property. Cozy, clean, close to cross-country skiing, and a view of the lake from the back patio. Owner and property manager were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely rent from them again!

Annual Snowboarding Trip!

We had such a wonderful stay at this property and will definitely come back next year! Maybe even sooner! This house has everything you need and comfortably fit 6 people. We even had a nice fire out back two nights we were there. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

our visit to Pagosa Springs

The property was perfect for us. My wife and I and her brother. all retired. Very comfortable beds, nice kitchen and updated bathrooms. We loved the rear deck to drink our morning coffee, watch the deer and hot air balloons launch each morning. Great place to base out of while enjoying the beauty of Pagosa and area.

Great cabin experience in Pagosa

Very happy with this cabin rental. The host was great to work with. Everything was like it was listed. Great cabin and great experience. Loved having the stove in the middle of the living room.

Annual family winter getaway

It was a great place to stay. The house was in a convenient location in town. The backyard was wonderful for the kids to walk around and explore. They were excited to do that daily.

The house was cozy with great views. They had all the essentials needed for cooking and for the toddlers. We will definitely be looking to stay again.

Weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here! Our group fit well and it has everything you need. While we didn’t have and kids it has everything you could need for them. Very few concerns, I’d say the only challenge is the walkway to get inside had some snow pileup that could be tricky for certain people to access. The stove top is very slow to heat anything on so you need to have some patience! The owner was very easy to contact when we needed and quick to help us with a solution. She also had good advice on a bar in town to checkout called the Neon Mallard!

We have been coming up to this area for skiing at Wolf Creek for years. We normally stayed in South Fork but 2 years ago we decided to come and stay at Pagosa Springs because we'd heard some great things.

We feel in love with Pagosa Springs and decided to invest in this lovely home a few years ago. Each time we return to enjoy the area we discover new things to do. There's just endless activities in all four seasons. We love to help others enjoy all that Pagosa has to offer by offering our home for your stay. This house is close to everything but yet is in a quiet neighborhood with amazing views off the back porch.
