The unit features a spacious open floor plan, a kitchen designed for chefs, and an abundance of natural light. Positioned on the second floor, it provides scenic views from every room, making it ideal for those who wish to engage in outdoor activities while enjoying a tranquil and conveniently located environment.
The living room offers ample space for relaxation, complete with a gas fireplace, ceiling fan, and flat-screen television, all enhanced by stunning views visible through the windows. Additionally, there is a sofa sleeper available for extra sleeping arrangements. This area also opens up to a private deck, which serves as a delightful spot to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon drinks after a day spent appreciating the beautiful surroundings.
Next to this area, the dining space can comfortably accommodate up to four people at the breakfast bar, encouraging enjoyable interactions with the designated chef in your group or with those relaxing in the living area.

It is essential for all guests to arrange their own transportation, ideally utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles. Given the unit’s secluded location, significant snowfall in the region may result in delays in the plowing of the county roads leading to the property.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
