The space
A large and comfortable apartment. Rental price is for 2 people. US$10 per night for one or two extra guests.

Low season: April 1st - November 30th.
High season: December 1st - March 31st.

In high season the minimum stay are 60 nights and low season 30 nights.
If you do not see more availables nights in the calendar, this can be arranged.

The property manager will be available to open the unit for tenants and offer directions to markets and pharmacies.
Guest access
The entire apartment is available to the tenant, including a 3rd, unfurnished bedroom which can be used as a studio or other workspace. There is also a covered patio area and laundry room connected to the apartment.
Other things to note
*Smoking must be outside the apartment and noise should be kept at a minimum to avoid disturbing other tenants in the complex.

*Cleaning service during tenant's stay is the responsibility of tenant.

*Owner is not responsible for damage or loss of tenants' or guests' personal property, nor for personal injury to tenants or guests of tenants.

*All payments must be made in US dollars*
