This 4 level 1153 Sq. Ft 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Townhome is suitable for up to 4 guests. It offers tall 9ft windows to provide plenty of sunlight with a private rooftop that provides sweeping views of downtown Seattle and Puget sound. The downstairs bedroom also offers a private patio area. This home is highly centralized - only minutes away from Lumen Field/T-Mobile Park, Pike Place Market, Downtown Seattle, and the Airport. Visit the West Seattle Junction where you will find access to many shops and restaurants. 2 miles away from Alki Beach. One block away from a park and playfield. Included is one dedicated parking space behind the home and highspeed internet.
We provide high quality bedding - including fresh white sheets, pillows, and duvet covers. Blackout curtains installed. Hand picked by yours truly, the home is fully furnished with high-end amenities to maximize the comfort during your stay.

1st Floor:
-Bedroom #1 - One queen bed, dimmable lights
-Bathroom #1 - Separate Full bath with a tub next to entrance for easy access
-Private outdoor patio area, furnished
-LG Washer and dryer for laundry
2nd floor:
-Kitchen - Gas stove w/ oven, Refrigerator with filtered Water, Ice, Dishwasher, Keurig and Drip Coffee maker. Fully furnished with cookware and utensils.
-Living room offers 9ft windows and plenty of light. Recently installed blinds to keep cool and provide privacy. One sofa, two accent chairs, and a 55" Wall mounted Smart TV to cozy up.
3rd floor:
-Bedroom #2 - One queen bed master w/ Walk-in closet
-Bathroom #2 - Separate but private Full bathroom with a walk-in Rain shower and double vanity. Luxurious full vanity mirror.
4th floor:
-Roof top with sweeping views of Seattle downtown and Puget Sound
-Dining table for 4 with a Solar charged Umbrella.
-Separate conversation area and additional seating to offer greater flexibility and relaxation.
Parking:
-1 free dedicated off-street parking space. Lot is located behind the property. Park in the second space on the left next to the shed. No parking in other spaces. Free street parking around the block.
-No access to the unit from the backyard patio - gate will remain locked for security. Use front door for entry.

This neighborhood is vibrant, safe, and friendly. Close to a large park/playfield. Easy access to Alki beach, shops or restaurants while being just minutes away from popular tourist destinations in downtown (Pike Place Market, Lumen Field, etc)

Close proximity to downtown, highly centralized while having a sense of privacy. Amazing private rooftop view. Separate rooms for extra privacy when traveling with small groups. Private patio area for downstairs bedroom. Easy access in all directions via West Seattle bridge.
