The third floor serves as the heart of the home, featuring a spacious great room with a fireplace, 75” TV, and a large 8 person dining table for shared meals. High-end appliances include dual ovens, multiple microwaves, a 48” refrigerator, a hidden walk-in pantry, and a dedicated espresso bar.

First Floor:

The 1st Floor is a fully appointed three-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat with its own kitchen, its own fireplace, and a breakfast nook wrapped in sliding glass where the morning light arrives from every direction. Ideal for families traveling together or guests who require their own sanctuary without sacrificing a single comfort. Complete with a 75” TV, cozy seating, games, and a breakfast nook. Each kitchen is stocked with everything you could need, including pots, pans, sheet pans, glassware, spices, kids' dishes, and more.

Second Floor:
At 1,500 square feet, the master suite feels like its own private residence, with nearly every inch oriented toward the sea. Much like our neighboring costal communities the City builds large sand berms along the coastline during certain seasons to help protect against coastal tides and ocean storms. This is an oceanfront home, however, 1st floor views may be obstructed depending on the presence and height of these berms, which vary based on seasonal and weather conditions.

Air-Conditioning
This property includes air conditioning. The thermostat should be set no lower than 74 degrees and turned off when the home is vacant. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the home will cool to a specific temperature in all bedrooms and spaces

Parking Details
Secure gated parking is available behind the property, with a spacious driveway that can comfortably fit two vehicles (including oversized trucks) or even up to three smaller cars

A private washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the home for your use. Included in your stay is 4 single use Laundry Powders.
