Wake up to ocean breezes in this newly renovated boardwalk estate, a rare oceanfront retreat that blends modern luxury with laid back coastal living. Located directly Oceanfront on the iconic Peninsula, this expansive multi-level home offers 4 Bedrooms, 4 full Bathrooms, and 2 half Bathrooms, with sweeping ocean views, generous indoor and outdoor spaces designed for families and groups to gather, relax, and spread out in style.

Our Air Conditioned 4,900 sq ft home offers a unique layout, with the ground floor living like its own private condo complete with a full kitchen, making it ideal for multi-family stays or added privacy. The home also features a expansive 1,500 sq ft primary suite, complete with a private sauna and breathtaking views of Catalina Island. There is also a Wine Cellar lined floor to ceiling with custom wood racking, a tasting counter, and capacity for one thousand bottles.

Step out your front door onto the sand and boardwalk, or head upstairs to the main living level on the third floor, Floor-to-ceiling panels slide open to the Pacific where sweeping marina, ocean, and mountain views set the tone for an unforgettable stay. Fully retractable sliding glass wall invite in the ocean air, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living.

The third floor serves as the heart of the home, featuring a spacious great room with a fireplace, 75” TV, and a large 8 person dining table for shared meals. The chef's kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need, including pots, pans, sheet pans, glassware, spices, kids' dishes, and more. High-end appliances include dual ovens, multiple microwaves, a 48” refrigerator, a hidden walk-in pantry, and a dedicated espresso bar.

HOME CONFIGURATION

First Floor:
Master Suite: 1 King Bed + Private Ensuite with Walk in Closet, Smart Bidet Toilet, and 75” TV.
Bedroom 2 features two queen beds and a 75" TV
Bedroom 3 includes a king bed and 55” TV

The 1st Floor is a fully appointed three-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat with its own kitchen, its own fireplace, and a breakfast nook wrapped in sliding glass where the morning light arrives from every direction. Ideal for families traveling together or guests who require their own sanctuary without sacrificing a single comfort. Complete with a 75” TV, cozy seating, games, and a breakfast nook. Each kitchen is stocked with everything you could need, including pots, pans, sheet pans, glassware, spices, kids' dishes, and more.

Second Floor:
At 1,500 square feet, the master suite feels like its own private residence, with nearly every inch oriented toward the sea. The bed faces the Pacific, so you wake up to open ocean views, while a curved sitting area along the floor-to-ceiling glass offers a front-row seat to the coastline, where dolphin sightings aren't uncommon. A stone fireplace and large-screen TV create an easy transition into the evening, and the private kitchenette with a Keurig, microwave, mini fridge, and icemaker makes mornings feel effortless. The spa-like bathroom features a large walk-in shower with multiple jets, a deep Jacuzzi soaking tub set in granite, a private cedar infrared sauna, bidet, and dual vanities, while a custom walk-in closet with built-ins, full-length mirrors, and a secure safe completes the space.

Third floor:
serves as the heart of the home, featuring a spacious great room with a remote controlled fireplace, 75” TV, and a large 8 person dining table for shared meals. double wall ovens, professional range, an expansive granite island, skylights overhead, and the ocean visible straight through to the living room which requires no decoration beyond what lies outside the glass. Floor-to-ceiling panels slide open to the Pacific, dissolving the boundary between inside and out. A stone fireplace anchors one end. The ocean claims the rest. Both bathrooms on this floor are appointed with Toto Bidet systems.

Outdoor living is just as impressive. Enjoy a heated patio with marina and mountain views, an outdoor dining table, and a BBQ, perfect for sunset dinners or slow mornings with coffee by the water. Our property just a short drive away from The 2026 World Cup, Angels, Dodgers, Sofi (Rams/Chargers) Disneyland, Knotts Berry farm, and Just a 10 min Drive to Aquarium of the Pacific. The LA 2028 Olympic Sailing events will be directly out front.

The home is fully stocked for beach days and family fun, including paddle boards, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and Turkish towels. Families will also appreciate thoughtful extras like a high chair, pack 'n play with bassinet, silicone plates, utensils, and optional outdoor games.

For sailing enthusiasts, this home is one of the best places to stay if you're coming into town for a regatta at the Alamitos Bay Yacht Club, offering close proximity, easy access to the water, and the perfect setup for teams or families traveling together.

IMPORTANT HOME NOTES - PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING

Much like our neighboring costal communities the City builds large sand berms along the coastline during certain seasons to help protect against coastal tides and ocean storms. This is an oceanfront home, however, 1st floor views may be obstructed depending on the presence and height of these berms, which vary based on seasonal and weather conditions.

Primary Guests must be 25+ years old.

This was a great location with easy access to the beach and beach walking path. All the furniture and beds were very comfortable. Loved the fresh aloe for burns, extra toiletries, beach towels and coffee bar provided.
