Welcome to Campus → Dunes Escape, a spacious and stylish 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom main home that sleeps up to 12 guests—ideal for families, groups, and Valpo visitors. Just minutes from Valparaiso University, Downtown Valpo, and Indiana Dunes National Park, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort, location, and fun.
⚠️ Important Note About the Property:
This listing is for the main house on a shared property. There is a separate guest house next door, located at the back of the lot, which may be occupied by other guests during your stay.
🪵 Each unit has its own private firepit, and the upper deck and fire table are for the exclusive use of the main house. However, some areas of the backyard, such as the lawn and walking paths, may be shared.
🔇 Out of respect for others, we kindly ask all guests to keep noise levels low, especially in the evening.
