Thank you for such an awesome review—we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience! We’re glad your family was able to fully enjoy the space, especially the pool, theater room, and the big gathering areas. That’s exactly what we designed the home for—bringing groups together comfortably. You and your family were fantastic guests, and you’re welcome back anytime!

Thank you for the great review and for staying with us! We’re glad you enjoyed the property and amenities. We appreciate the feedback on the pool temperature as well — the pool is heated, but during cooler Wisconsin spring weather it can sometimes take longer to maintain the extra-warm temperatures some guests prefer. We’re always monitoring and adjusting it to provide the best experience possible. We’d love to host you again!

Thanks for the feedback! Would love to host your group again!

Thank you so much for the kind and thoughtful review, Cassandra. We’re thrilled to hear that you and your friends had such a great time and that the layout, pool, and movie room were a hit with the kids. Creating a space that works well for multiple families is exactly what we aim for. We also appreciate you noting the finishing items you observed. Those punch-list items were addressed shortly after your stay, and we’re grateful for your understanding as we completed the final touches. Thank you again for choosing our home — we’d be happy to host you again anytime.

Thank you for your feedback, Julia. We appreciate you staying with us and sharing your perspective. When the pool did not meet expectations during your stay, we worked with you to address the concern and issued a partial refund accordingly. We strive to be responsive and fair when unexpected issues arise. Our home is designed to accommodate a variety of groups, and we encourage guests to review the listing details and amenities carefully to ensure it’s the right fit for their needs. We appreciate your visit and wish you the best in future travels.

Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to leave a detailed review. We’re glad you enjoyed the clean, well-heated pool and that our team was able to be responsive before and during your stay. We also appreciate you flagging the two areas that missed the mark. We’ve updated the listing to clearly reflect the exact bed configuration in each bedroom so future guests can plan appropriately. In addition, we’ve addressed the contractor install items you noted: the dishwasher has been properly secured, and the toilet near the pool has been re-seated and fastened to eliminate any movement. We take feedback like this seriously because it helps us keep the home safe, accurate, and comfortable. We’d be happy to host you again.

We’re sorry this guest was dissatisfied. The concerns raised here do not reflect the condition of the home or the experience of the vast majority of our guests. No safety issues or major system failures were reported during the stay, and our records show the host remained responsive throughout. We take guest comfort and safety seriously and address any issues immediately when brought to our attention.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback, Heidi. We appreciate you recognizing our responsiveness and willingness to accommodate your needs during your stay. We’re actively investing in improvements across the property, including plumbing fixtures, furnishings, and pool systems, to continue elevating the guest experience. Many of the items you mentioned are already on our improvement list, and we value input that helps us prioritize those upgrades. Pricing reflects the size, amenities, and location of the home, and we’re continually working to ensure it aligns with the overall experience provided. We appreciate you staying with us and sharing your perspective.
