This cute and cozy bungalow, in the historic Delano neighborhood, is the perfect place to stay in Wichita! With 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, and laundry, this house offers anything you might need for short or long stays. Centrally located, this house is within minutes of many restaurants, bars and entertainment venues, and you can get anywhere in the city in 20 minutes or less. If you prefer to stay in, enjoy the modern Boho Decor and cozy outdoor space!

I am available by phone, text or message. I respond quickly and get issues taken care of as soon as I can.

We do have a lock box so in-person meetings are not necessary.

Delano is a trendy neighborhood situated just west of the Arkansas River and Downtown Wichita. With popular bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping, this neighborhood is perfect for anyone who wants to get one of the best experiences Wichita can offer. Centrally located, you can get anywhere in Wichita within 20 minutes.

The Boho Bungalow is a cutely updated 3 bedroom house. The front door opens into the living room with a 60" Smart TV, comfy seating, and workspace. With fresh plants, the space feels bright and airy. The two upstairs bedroom have queen beds and light decor. The back bedroom has a 40" Smart TV. The bathroom is located between the bedrooms.
The kitchen has new refrigerator and microwave, gas stove, and boho table with seating for 4. The fully finished basement houses the laundry area, a second living room with Bali style and a third bedroom area with queen size memory foam bed.

Outside, the front porch has a porch swing (secured so it doesn't blow in the wind). The back patio has a small table with seating for 4 and a Boho Swing. Also enjoy the large backyard space.

A couple things to note: This house does have stairs up to the front door, and if you plan to use the basement, the stairs are steep and narrow. So please be careful!

This house is located near the Arkansas River and just over a mile from Kellogg Drive/ US 400/ US 54. It's easy to get just about anywhere in Wichita within 20 minutes.

Stayed there a few nights while in a basketball tournament. We didn't spend a lot of time there but it had what we needed. Beds were comfortable. They were quick to respond to any of my questions.

When we pulled into the drive I knew it was going to be a good experience. The front porch is so inviting on this quiet street where the homes are older but loved. The house is small but manages to feel spacious, functional, clean and bright. The decoration provides charm and texture. We made dinner in the kitchen and had everything we needed to make a full on spaghetti dinner. My husband and I had our three teens with us and we were able to spread out or be together. The furniture is comfortable, the back yard is green and provides privacy and the air conditioning was a life saver. Plenty of hot water for showers, towels and toiletries were provided.

Most definitely a stay for next time

We came to Kansas for a funeral from Texas and there was nothing to worry about for our stay! The house was clean and description of the house was spot on and we received check in information days in advance. To stay in an older home that was remodeled but kept the timeless features was amazing, took us back to our childhood homes.We had a little issue but it was fixed in a blink of an eye! We will definitely be back again next time we come to Kansas

Magical Abode

1st - Alex is an outstanding communicator. The host is on top of it from bookings all the way to check out. The process was simple, with clear communication in regards to the house rules. The rules are communicated on the website at bookings, and additionally added to the walls in the living room. I feel somewhat unhappy about listing the location/neighborhood as 4/5. Wichita for the most part is a blue collar town, and this neighborhood is very emblematic of this. The house is located closer to the river, but people work, play and live in this neighborhood. It's not a dangerous location in the city, but it is an older neighborhood that wouldn't appreciate the noise. In regards to the home itself, this place felt comfortable. The decor is precise. It feels boho-chic mixed with country living in the city. Everything is neatly placed in all of the rooms. I didn't spend as much time in the basement, but the place looks gorgeous. The biggest benefit was the fenced in back yard. This would be a lovely place to revisit in the summer to bbq and drink a few alcoholic beverages. Altogether, this is an older house, that has been greatly cared for. I'd love it if the neighboorhood added more street lights to brighten up the streets if you decided to take the dogs for a walk - smoking not allowed on the property, but all things considered, this is an outstanding venue and we enjoyed our stay more than we expected. Thanks for hosting!

Very Comfy Well Equipped Bungalow

The Boho Bungalow is a very nicely equipped and decorated bungalow in the middle of town. I was very pleasantly impressed and happy with the property. You’ll be happy to know that everything you could need, and the some, was there. The beds were comfortable and everything worked great! I’ll definitely be looking for this property on future stays... The management company is top notch and easy to communicate with.

Lovely place to relax

This place was very comfortable and clean. The neighbor dog greeted us with his warning bark but the neighborhood was otherwise quiet. The slide lock on the backdoor didn't really make me feel altogether safe, but that's why I traveled with my dog. The big, fenced-in backyard was a big bonus for us. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and lovely stay.

Pictures can be deceiving

The photos on the website made the rooms look very large when in fact they were extremely small. The doors and floor crreaked and all of the fixtures were antiquated. The basement was unfinished and was more like a cellar. My daughter hit her head on the beams coming back up from the cellar. No one could sleep down there. The bed in the second bedroom was like sleeping on a pile of phone books. I could go on but I think you get the.picture. Take my advice and do not waste your money on this dump and btw there are bugs We ended up staying in the Holiday inn Express and were very pleased.

Great Clean house

Everything with the house was nice and clean. Host very responsive and accommodating. The house is very close to everything downtown. My only con would be the neighborhood is not the nicest. I had never been to the area and wanted to be close to downtown. The neighborhood looks like many in the area but many houses surrounding this one are less than nice and not an area I would feel great walking around or letting my kids run around. With that being said, house worked well and was very clean, nicely decorated and everything worked well. Nice stay.

Awesome Bungalow

The home is centrally located and you can get to anywhere in Wichita within minutes. The home was very clean and ,arched the description online perfectly. There is a large backyard that was perfect for our dogs. There is a very nice long driveway that allows you to park vehicles off the street which is a very nice option.
