Extremely neat and clean two bedroom with kitchen and one bath. Check in very easy. Host EXTREMELY easy to reach. Bed I slept is super comfortable. Back bedroom (did not use front) nice and quiet. Parking surprisingly not an issue - I never parked more than three houses away. Some wear and tear noted on walls, baseboards, floors but to be expected in a 100 year old West Philly home. Noise from upper and lower units barely noticeable. Walking distance to Market-Frankfort El and many busses close. Safe part of West Philly though if you are unfamiliar with urban living might be a bit much. Of note - if you plan on cooking you probably want to bring your own kitchen gear - what is there is not great and very limited. Also - pictures show a washer and dryer but they were not working during my stay. (Not an issue I was only there three nights). TV has a learning curve but was able to get my apps for the games (GO BVB). Limited but basic services close by, highly recommend Local 44 for pub food and Don Barriga for Mexican. Definitely would consider staying here again. THANK YOU!
