Enjoy your stay in a place that offers the feel of being at home. Luxury feel Studio/Efficiency with full size sofa/bed sleeper with all new kitchen appliances. Walking distance from UPenn, Drexel & Penn Medicine. This place is a hidden gem and rare find. Close to public transportation, local parks, event space below, nearby entertainment, shops and dining. Near center city, Ben Franklin pkwy 40th street and South St. Complimentary Wi-fi, TV streaming, Keurig coffee/tea, hair dryer and toiletries.
The space
You will find a spacious efficiency with a 3 seat with storage sofa converts quickly and easily into a spacious bed when you remove the back cushions and pull out the underframe. Sit back and relax watching a 55 inch smart TV streaming your favorite apps Netflix, Prime Video and more. (Must use personal access code). Enjoy the modern kitchen fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware and seasonings. In the morning enjoy a hot cup of coffee on us. We believe in hotel grade luxury stays. You won’t be able to tell you are away from home.

Please note there is a small event space on lower level for small gatherings. This apartment faces the front of the building, giving you a direct connection to the dynamic city vibe. While some ambient city sounds may be present, many guests find it part of the authentic urban experience.
