This second-floor retreat sleeps up to eight guests across three inviting bedrooms, all with window A/C units for comfort. The primary suite boasts a king bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom also offers a queen bed. The third bedroom is ideal for kids or groups, featuring a bunk bed (2 twins), a trundle underneath (twin) and a separate twin bed. A second full bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.

Step outside to enjoy alfresco dining on the spacious deck, complete with seating for six and a gas grill—perfect for evening cookouts while watching the sun dip below the horizon. Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning window units in bedrooms, and parking for three cars.

Guests are welcome to use the seasonal pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day) which is located at The Breakwaters North (432 Sea Street - about 100 yards from the condo). With direct beach access to Sea Street Beach, you can take a refreshing swim just steps from your door. Plus, you're centrally located near Hyannis’ best attractions, including ferries, restaurants, museums, and shops on Main Street.

Non-refundable $295, Administrative Fee, $250 Cleaning Fee (Linens Included), plus applicable state and local taxes.

*Cancellation Policy*
In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $295 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.
