This is our favorite area to stay on Maui. The condo isn’t in perfect condition but the location is wonderful. Our family of four loved every moment and we will be back. There are beach chairs and boogie boards, a cooler backpack and even snorkel gear to use so that was great. Could use some bigger beach towels. We were sad to leave.

Maui break

All good, have stayed at this location a few yards back. Great location. Our only concern was the difficulty opening and closing the sliding door. Was very difficult. A couple other guests mentioned they were having the same issue in their unit. That was the only negative.

Spring Break Relaxation

Overall stay was relaxing. We will be back but just not this unit. We are early 50’s although being by the pool was convenient the kid shouting and fighting was something we do not miss. The suite had a number of water amenities to use. Location was on spot for what we needed. Make sure to load up at Costco and Walmart before you leave the airport area. The living space was relaxing the bedroom needs some help with making it more welcoming. A tutorial on how to use the many remotes would have been helpful haha.

Awesome location but won’t be staying here again

Stayed here for four nights and had a great time swimming with the turtles next door - this is to say that the location was amazing, and that is where the positives of this review end. First, the bedroom/bathroom is seriously in need of a fix up. The shower was a sad sprinkle and lacked proper pressure. The closet stunk of mildew and the blankets stored inside were wet! The closet likely had a leak from the outside. The windows had some kind of material that made the winds outside howl like none other - I had to put in my noise canceling headphones just to sleep! Not to mention the sprinkler goes off at midnight and would wake me up every single night! Why it’s timed for midnight is beyond me. Lastly, I think whoever the direct communication person is likely overworked because every time I requested anytime (i.e. Wi-Fi password), it would take a lot longer to figure out than it should have. These are all the items that bothered us on our vacation. There were other things that weren’t named (I.e. broken fan, ripped cushion over daybed on the patio). I’m sad because the location is perfect but these drawbacks unfortunately aren’t enough to convince us to stay again.

Great location and view

WE love this area. Walk to Napili Plaza for coffee, walk to Gazebo for breakfast, walk to Napili Bay for swim. Unit is bright, looks right at water and next to pool. Turtles and snorkeling if you are fit enough to get into the bay adjacent to property--very rocky. Unit had a great kitchen with a nice welcome basket of goodies, including coffee. Good pans, knives and great icemaker. Many extras in unit beach chairs, great thick beach towels, cooler, books, first aid kit. The unit is a little "tired" but I think in process of upgrading. Check in at office to get parking pass, and have property manager of unit give you correct Wi-Fi password on check-in when giving you door code.

Perfect Location

What a great condo! Perfect location with easy access to the pool. Our kids had fun playing in the grass while my wife and I enjoyed sitting on the lanai watching g whales. The size worked well for our family with elementary aged kids, but would have been too small with older kids. We loved our stay and highly recommend B-13

Great place

It was an awesome place. Right by the pool, just above some of the best Maui snorkeling. It also had a great view of the sunset. We’ll be back!!

Great location

The snorkeling right out the back door can't be beat. It is in a great location with nice sunsets every evening. Communication with the host was easy and he was responsive to tips with things to do in the area and updates on the unit. Very happy with our decision to stay here.

Beautiful Condo, Amazing Location

We absolutely loved our stay here. It’s the perfect location, especially if you have young kids. Beautiful ocean view right outside, big grassy lawn for kids to run right out onto, the pool is literally right there so you can swim and be close to your room, and the property is pretty and super fun to explore. It even has easy access to a special snorkel spot. The room was comfortable, clean and looked nicely updated and modern but with a perfect Hawaii vibe. We would definitely recommend this spot and would love to stay here again!

Excellent stay!

Location of this condo is perfect! Great ocean and sunset views! Pool was only a few steps away. Condo was clean and comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Very easy access and parking. Thomas with Maui Life Realty, was super! He was very quick to communicate with us and very helpful! He made us feel right at home. We will definitely use Maui Life Realty on future trips. They are terrific! Recommend 100%.
