Napili Point C9 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom top-floor condo featuring amenities such as oceanfront views, a washer/dryer, and air-conditioning. Located on the second floor, this corner unit can accommodate up to 3 guests with a King bed in the bedroom and Queen sleeper sofa bed in the living space. The spacious living room welcomes you with modern furniture and tropical decorations, a large flat-screen TV, motorized sunshades and a split A/C unit. Please note Napili Point does not have elevators.

Retreat and relax in the bedroom with a King size bed. The remodeled ensuite bathroom features a dual sink vanity space and a large walk-in shower. Pack light, a washer/dryer is equipped in this unit for added convenience. This condo boasts a wrap around lanai with an outdoor dining table for 2. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the panoramic ocean view. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The upgraded kitchen features full-size appliances and granite countertops. Ample counterspace makes meal prepping a breeze and provides counter seating for 3.

Nestled above the majestic Honokeana Bay, Napili Point is a 115-villa low-rise resort. Please note Napili Point does not have elevators. There are no resort or parking fees at the resort. Enjoy the oceanfront pool, landscaped tropical grounds, picnic tables, and BBQ grills with views of the islands of Moloka'i and Lana'i in the distance. A 3-5 minute walk along an ocean front path away from our resort, is the sandy crescent beach of Napili Bay. Napili Bay is well known for its golden sand, great snorkeling, gentle surf, and wonderful sunsets. During the winter months, whales can be seen swimming by the bay.

Renter beware. The owner/management company does not provide any type of refund when the property is not as advertised. For my entire stay, there were lots of termite droppings falling onto the dining room table from the ceiling. I have pictures, if they are needed. This problem could not be solved during my stay. The property location is good. The ocean view is nice. The local service team is responsive and very pleasant. My only issue is that the property had a material problem that they couldn't fix, then would not agree to any type of partial refund of any rent and fees that were charged.

We absolutely loved our place!! It was nicely decorated, very comfortable, well stocked and amazing views of the water from our patio!! We will definitely be coming back here. Highly recommend our place!!

Incredible location and well stocked

Absolutely incredible location with Grade A snorkeling below. Went in the second week of September and we couldn’t get in the water without spotting numerous sea turtles. We were with our 5 month old and the location was perfect for nearby takeout. We never felt like we were missing out for staying in some days because of the views. Kitchen and house was well-stocked with beach supplies & everything for making food. There was not a pack-n-play provided so either rent one or be comfortable with co-sleeping. A one week rental for that was $100- $150. It was a clean house, but the washer/dryer smelled bad (people should be advised to leave open after use) and the carpet could use a shampooing/cleaning.

Perfect!

We loved Napili Point. Great location to watch surfers, turtles, and breaching whales. The condo is completely stocked with any kitchen items or linens that you might need. It overlooks the pool so there is some chatter from below; however, it faces west so the sunsets are spectacular. Easy walk to the beach and quick drive to the market. It was a great vacation!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay in Napili Point C9. The condo was perfect for us—fabulous views, well equipped & clean, easy to snorkel and go to our favorite beaches. Sunset from the lanai is better than most restaurants. We were concerned about coming after the fires, but found the locals to be kind and welcoming (and many were grateful to be working again.). The grief/loss is immense and the rebuild will take time, but the beauty and heart of Maui beats strong. We love Napili Point and were happy to respectfully support the community and enjoy the beauty that remains. Thank you My Perfect Stays.

Slice of peaceful paradise

We had an incredible time in beautiful Napili. Napili point was so ideally located, the ocean view was absolutely stunning and waking up to it each morning was breathtaking. The snorkeling at such a close reach was incredible! We saw so much ocean life! The whales off the shore were so awesome to get to watch each day from our balcony. The amenities Napili point offers are just perfect for a vacation, simple and practical, just what we needed. The proximity to the beach and access to a rental company for water activities was so great! We couldn't have asked for a better accommodation for our vacation. The condo was clean, cozy, and really well equipped for everything from a home cooked meal to a perfect beach day. We cannot wait to return for another visit!!

Wonderful home away from home!

This condo had everything we needed plus more! The condo was perfectly cleaned and organized for our arrival and stay. The views, balcony and location were the highlight and we felt at home. The location was perfect in that we were able to walk to the beach and restaurants, and everything we needed was within a short drive. And those sunsets were incredible! :-)

Fantastic Getaway

Napili Point is the best of everything Maui has to offer. The location was so quiet and beautiful, but you were still close enough to shopping and restaurants if you wanted to enjoy the hustle and bustle of tourism. We could watch the fantastic sunrise and sunset every day we were in the Condo, it was the perfect home away from home. We will definitely try to return in the future to celebrate any other important moments. This was the ideal place for us to enjoy our Honeymoon!

Great location and view

The condo was comfortable and well stocked. The view is great and we saw many whales right from the deck of the condo! We loved that we could walk to Napili beach and not have to deal with parking. One suggestion would be to have a water filter, as the tap water did not taste good.

Wonderful location and view

This was our first time staying in Napili. Definitely quieter than Kaanapali area. The lanai offered tremendous views and was larger (L shaped) than other units.

What a View!

Property was nice. It was stocked with all the necessary items. There were far too many text messages that were sent throughout the short stay- We were on our honeymoon- I could have done without them. Also, I had called 10 minutes before check in time. Spoke to a rep and was told she would call me back. She never did. Check in time and Check out were a bit inconvenient- They should really get the Fan in the living Room fixed or replaced. You can tell it was non functioning for a bit. Overall, we got what we paid for. Amazing view even with loud kids at the pool.

Amazing, amazing, amazing

We had an amazing experience at Napili Point. The view from the lanai is incredible, we watched turtles swim in the bay, surfers and paddle boarders surf the waves and each night sat on edge of Honokeana Bay watching the most magnificent sunsets. Walking distance to both Napili and Kapalua bays make this a must stay. Loved having beach chairs and snorkeling equipment and laundry in the unit. Close to the grocery store, restaurants and golf. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

Well-Stocked, Cozy Condo with Great Views

This unit worked great for a return to Maui and this resort. As an upper-floor end unit, the condo receives a lot of natural and great views of the ocean and sunsets even if a few trees obstruct some of the view. The condo was very clean and came very well stocked in the kitchen, including cooking oils, spices, and condiments, and offered snorkel gear, beach chairs/umbrella, and boogie boards. The unit also had an array of board games and puzzles. While this property is managed by a third-party (off-site) property management company, they were very communicative and we had no issues during our stay. We would recommend this unit for two adults. Even though this condo does have a pull-out sleeper sofa, there would be little room for more than two adults. We would consider staying in this unit again, but there are other units on the property that offer better views of the cove and sunset.

Beautiful views - great location!

We've stayed in the Napili area for years but this was our first time staying at Napili Point. We loved everything about this property located in C9. Beautiful sunset views, clean property with excellent communication by the property manager, easy parking, comfortable bed, great A/C and internet connectivity. We hope to return to this property in the future!

It had everything you could possibly need!!

This was my dream vacation and this home was amazing! The view was breathtaking! It had everything….really…everything! The house was very clean, the bathroom towels were so soft , bed was so comfortable, it even had a back pack cooler that came in handy for the ride to Hana! I would totally recommend this house to everyone! So happy we decided this property!
