Home was very clean, cozy and had everything we needed to make our stay the relaxing getaway we hoped for. Lawn could have been mowed before our arrival so we could have enjoyed the beautiful back yard area more.

The house was sparkling clean and comfortable. It is located on a dead end street and has a fenced in yard so it is safe for kids. The lake is down the street with a beach and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Everything worked beautifully and we very much enjoyed our week there. Much to do in Kenosha just a short drive away and the Bristol 45 Diner close by had great food. We would definitely return if we are in the area.

Super clean cute little house that’s very private. We came down for the Ren Faire and although it seems off the beaten path it’s very close The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.The bathroom was a little small but super clean. They also make up for the stinky well water with a nice cool jugMy only suggestion is to put a TV in the other bedroom

There were bugs everywhere- walls, bed covers, pillows. We didn't stay but checked into a hotel. We called the host but he didn't respond.

Lets address a few issues with your review. First of all, you do know that when you book with me youre staying in cottage house next to the forest, correct? It says it in the bio. With that being said, I cannot control if there's mosquitoes, flies, spiders, worms in the dirt, fish in the water, coyotes, raccoons, deer, or in your case... 2 stink bugs in the house. After reviewing my ring camera I noticed you left the doors open for a significant amount of time. I cannot control if you let in 2 stink bugs. With that being said.. you should have contacted me as described in your welcome guide. You did not. You left and contacted Vrbo the next day requesting a full refund. Never did you follow the house rules or give me the chance to have someone go to the house and remove the 2 stink bugs. My house has received many reviews emphasizing how clean it is. So, im sorry you left and did not contact me to resolve your issue, and because of that I could not refund your money, as per our strict no refund policy. Next time maybe book somewhere where its not next to a forest or lake. God bless
