Sleeping:

Our treehouse comfortably sleeps 18 guests, with the option to accommodate additional guests for a small fee. For larger groups, you can also book the Skywalk Treehouse just across the street. Together, both treehouses can sleep up to 34 guests—or up to 40 with an added charge—making it the perfect setup for family reunions, retreats, or special celebrations.

We’re really excited to share this treehouse with you. It’s something my brother and I dreamed about for a long time. He works as an animator at Pixar, and I’ve always loved designing and building unique Airbnb spaces. So, we teamed up to bring this vision to life—and once we got started, our childlike wonder took over. We poured ourselves into every detail, day after day, constantly thinking of new ways to make each space even more awe-inspiring.
Every inch of this treehouse was imagined and handcrafted by the two of us—from the overall design down to the spiral staircases built with trees from the very forest that surrounds us. It`s not just an incredible place to experience—it`s a luxurious escape, too. We sourced only the highest quality materials: plush memory foam mattresses, state-of-the-art appliances, and beautifully designed bathrooms with local, natural accents from Sevierville and Gatlinburg.
And because we love blending creativity with technology, the entire house is smart-enabled. You can turn off lights, open doors, and even set the mood for a movie night or barbecue—all with a simple “Hey Siri.” Each room comes with a guide of voice commands to help you make the most of the experience.

CAMERAS ON PROPERTY: There are two cameras on the property— one watching the parking lot and one watching the main deck areas. We have these only for situations that keep us both safe. Rest assured that we are respectful of your privacy and our priority is that you feel safe during your stay.

There will be 2 luxury air mattresses provided along with all blankets, sheets, and pillows needed as well. Also, there is a giant outdoor sofa that converts into a bed for warmer nights and the air mattresses can be put on any of the decks as well to sleep under the stars.
