Looking for a romantic beach getaway or a place for family fun within a 20-min walk to the beach Ocean Shores has something for you. From kite flying, horseback riding and electric bikes at the beach to paddleboards, kayaks, hydrobikes and fishing on 23 miles of fresh waterways. Pets (dogs) are welcome with pre-approval and pet clean fee.

*The space*
This modern beach cottage is a spacious 1100 sq ft home with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and abundant natural light, additional 400 sq ft bonus room, vaulted ceilings, big windows and an open kitchen/dining/living room layout. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and located across the street from the golf course. Enjoy the covered rear deck and a private dock for fishing or launching your kayak or hear the ocean waves. The house has nice landscaping with occasional visits by wildlife like deer, birds and ducks.
Master bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom with tub and shower combo. Second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. A convertible sleeper futon can provide an additional bed in the living room to accommodate an extra guest. There's another full-sized hallway bathroom with shower and a full-sized washing machine and dryer. There is uncovered parking for two to four cars or an R.V on the driveway. The extra-large one car garage is furnished into a bonus area with a sleeper sofa for summer enjoyment. The smart TV is ready for you to hook up your own streaming services. We have high speed Internet (250mbps download and 15mbps upload) suitable for remote work and streaming your favorite content.

30-DAY RENTAL
Due to city regulations, this cottage home can only be rented for 30 days or more and is ideally suited for extended vacations or remote work.

If you choose to use the fire pit, please plan on providing your own wood and do not leave the fire unattended.

The fireplace in the living room does not work.

The bonus room in the garage is uninsulated so it might get cold in the winter months.

Please include how many pets and people will be arriving and be sure to read the pet policy.

There is no fence before the canal; children should be supervised at all times
