The space
Upon entering the villa via the lower level 5 car gated covered garage, two dancing water fountains catch your eye. An elegant glass staircase or an elevator takes guests to the upper levels. Also on the lower level is the queen bed (Maid’s Quarters) with an ensuite bathroom.

Entering the main level, guests will be delighted by the breathtaking ocean view from the 100’ long covered terrace, which has multiple seating areas for absorbing the sights and sounds of the surrounding rainforest. Attached to the main terrace is one of the largest pools in Manuel Antonio, a 62’ saltwater infinity pool with a built-in lounger, seating area and a waterfall that cascades down from the upper level. The reflection of the sunset in the infinity pool is astounding.

Adjacent to the main level terrace is the 1,000 square foot open-concept, air-conditioned kitchen/dining/great room with 20’ high glass walls that blend seamlessly with the tropical exterior. Casa Pura Vista is a located in beautiful Manuel Antonio, which is a 3 hour drive from the San Jose (SJO) airport or a 20 minute flight via Sansa or Green Airways regional airlines. The home is a 15 minute taxi ride from the Quepos (XQP) regional airport.

Concierge service is included to assist guests with transportation, restaurant/Personal Chef recommendations and outdoor activities; including deep-sea fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, rafting, boating, kayaking, parasailing, hiking and much more.
