Casa Bella Vista Exceeded All Our Expectations

Our group of 8 friends had an unforgettable stay at Casa Bella Vista! The home was spacious, gorgeous, and perfectly designed. With plenty of seating—both in the sun and under cover—we always had the perfect spot to lounge, even during the afternoon rain showers.The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the pool and grounds were immaculate. We were amazed by how much wildlife we saw right at the house—howler monkeys, spider monkeys, a mama sloth with her baby, and so much more. The staff made our stay even more special. Rodrigo, the groundskeeper, was so helpful—he kept everything pristine, pointed out animals, and even secured the property each night. The housekeeper was equally wonderful, keeping the space fresh with daily tidying, towel changes, and laundry service.A major highlight of our stay was the incredible food prepared by Sofia and her assistant Rachel. We had breakfast and dinner nearly every day, and every single meal was delicious! They not only cooked, but set the table. It was perfect.A special shoutout to Kimberly, the concierge—she was a gem! Friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive, Kim helped us coordinate excursions, transportation, and made sure we had everything we needed.The bedrooms all have AC and the house gets a great breeze so even though the main area does not have AC it was never a problem.Casa Bella Vista is a stunning, peaceful home with easy access to the beach and town. Highly, highly recommend!

Unforgettable Family Vacation – Casa Bella Vista is Pure MagicWe stayed at Casa Bella Vista for 7 days/6 nights (June 23–30) with six adults, hoping to create a lifelong family memory—and this home delivered in every way.The view was absolutely stunning, and the wildlife came to us—monkeys, birds, and more right from the house. The layout was perfect for connection, with communal dining, space for games, and plenty of seating inside and out.The in-home chef experience was a highlight. What started as one dinner and breakfast turned into four amazing dinners plus breakfast—Chef Sophia was incredible. We also enjoyed an in-home spa treatment that made the experience even more relaxing.We were in the heart of adventure—white-water rafting, ATV rides, boating, beach walks, and waterfall hikes. When we ate out, delicious restaurants were just a short walk away.Our concierge, Kimberly, was best-in-class—gracious, responsive, and helpful with shifting plans, booking activities, and connecting us with the chef. The housekeeper and groundskeeper kept everything immaculate, even doing our laundry. Coming home from vacation with no laundry? Yes, please.This was everything we hoped for—and more. Amazing stay!

Our group had a great time at Casa Bella Vista! The house was big and beautiful with lots of seating areas both in the sun and under cover, which came in handy when the afternoon rainstorms rolled in. The view, pool, and grounds were stunning and we saw so much wildlife right at the house, which was super fun. The house staff were incredible. The groundskeeper locked up the house at night and kept the pool clean, and the housekeeper changed towels and kept things tidy, plus did laundry three days a week, which was such a treat in a hot & sweaty climate. Kimberly the concierge was super helpful and friendly, making sure we had anything we needed. AC in the bedrooms was a lifesaver as well. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic Stay in Manual Antonio

We had an amazing time in Costa Rica and this house played a huge part in it. It was absolutely magical with a beautiful view and so many amazing animals on property. We also were taken care of so well by Kimberly. She helped us arrange our excursions and transportation and much more. She made such a difference and we always enjoyed talking to her as well. Rodrigo, the groundskeeper also took great care of us and the property. We so appreciated him coming to get us when he saw an animal such as a sloth or toucan that he knew we would want to see!

The best vacation spot in Costa Rica

Where to start? I honestly can't describe the single best aspect of our stay at Casa Bella Vista! There are too many name! The views surrounding the property take one's breath away. Seriously the best views in Manuel Antonio! The wildlife that is visible on the property included sloths, all kinds of monkeys and birds. The property is well maintained by the groundkeeper and the housekeeper. The house is in pristine condition. Every need was taken care of. The house manager is the most friendly, patient and truly kind person who does everything in her power to make sure that your vacation goes as planned! This is our second time staying at this property. Although we had a smaller group this visit, I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in Manuel Antonio. Our family made lifelong memories that we will never forget! Pura Vida!

Amazing Week at Casa Bella Vista

The house is beautiful, spacious, and exactly as pictured. The bedrooms are cool, clean and comfortable and the beautiful balconies and pool area look out over the jungle and the ocean. When we booked the house we didn't realize that it came with a concierge, Kimberly, so were surprised when she reached out and then proceeded to plan most of our trip. She booked ziplining, ATVs, and a boat tour for our group (2 adults and 5 kids between the ages of 10-15) and she made our trip so much easier by buying groceries ahead of time and having them in the house when we arrived. She was easy to communicate with and very warm and knowledgeable. We also appreciated Patricia, the housekeeper (who did laundry!) and Rodrigo, the caretaker who showed us sloths and agoutis. We were super spoiled and had Chef Renzo come to the house and cook a few dinners. He was incredibly easy to work with, had a huge menu to select from, and made absolutely delicious food. He was able to accommodate our food allergies (celiac disease, lactose-intolerance). The house location is great, with a short walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and a slightly longer walk to the gorgeous beach. It is hilly, so bring your comfy shoes, but so very lovely. We would happily stay here again.

Most Memorable Family Vacation with Sons and their Girlfriends

The photos in this property do not do it justice. It was absolutely amazing and so clean and inviting. We arranged for three excursions prior to our visit and were able to book several others after we arrived. Kimberly took care of all the details and was very hands-on before and after we arrived. We cannot thank her enough for all she did for us prior to and during our stay. One of our adult sons needed some minor medical attention and Kimberly made sure we received it and even drove us to the urgent care. Everyone involved in maintaining the house and grounds was extremely respectful of our privacy yet attentive to every detail. If you are hoping to see some wildlife, enjoy beautiful views and experience the culture and beauty of Costa Rica, we highly recommend staying in this beautiful home. We have already recommended to several friends and family. We definitely would love to return and stay again at Casa Bella Vista.

Our family enjoyed every aspect of our trip to Costa Rica and this place (along with the property manager, housekeeper, security/gardener/nature expert) was a huge part of it!The house was always clean and immaculate. The grounds and the pool were well maintained. Our property manager communicated with us daily, ensured we had everything we needed (even picking up a few things at the store/market for us), coordinated every activity, and was an absolute delight to work with from Day 1 of planning to the last day of our trip. Can’t have a better team!!We also added a private chef to cook a number of superbly delicious meals in this well stocked kitchen. Perfecto! PURA VIDA

Most amazing vacation home!

Absolutely stunning home and property. The pool was just amazing. We spent most of our time there and enjoyed the weather and all of the animals. Kimberly the considerate was extremely helpful and assisted with our every need! She really helped us have an amazing and comfortable stay. Sophia the chef was amazing and her food was absolutely delicious. We had a very memorable vacation and would love to return one day!!

Amazing house and location

We had an incredible 6 night stay at Casa Bella. We were two families with children aged 3-14. Kimberly was so helpful and made the entire trip seamless. She booked all our transportation, excursions, grocery and food deliveries and chef service. The view is unmatcjed. Book you wont regret it!

Bachelorette of my dreams!

Wow, what an amazing property! As soon as we booked our stay for 8 girls, we were put in touch with Kimberly, our concierge, that helped plan the most amazing trip! Kimberly was so kind from the getgo and booked private airport shuttles, tours, chef services, taxis and restaurant reservations throughout our stay. Can hardly express my gratitude. Now for the house - simply beautiful. The views were incredible and we had many monkey and exotic bird visitors while we were out at the pool. The villa is truly better than the photos, stocked with absolutely anything you may need (and more)! The beds were comfy and the rooms were spacious. A/C is only available in the bedrooms, but the living area was breezy enough that it was bearable - plus you really will want to spend all your time in the yard anyway! The villa is walkable to many restaurants and two beaches, but keep in mind the terrain is very hilly. As 8 girls, it was so reassuring to have Rodrigo, the security guard, living onsite. Also an added plus to have Patricia, the housekeeper, freshen the place up and make sure we had enough towels and fresh sheets through our stay. We did not want to leave and will surely be back to visit again! Thank you, Casa Bella Vista!

Great Stay at Casa Bella Vista

Our group of 6 had an amazing stay at Casa Bella Vista. Kimberly and the staff were amazing and very helpful during our stay. The pool and the view are amazing. The house is very well-equipped with every kitchen utensil/gadget you could need, floats for the pool, pool/beach towels, and everything was spotless. The staff were efficient, friendly, and took great care of us. There were howler monkeys, squirrel monkeys, white faced monkeys, sloths, scarlet macaws, toucans, and aracaris all around us during our visit. We saw just as much wildlife at the house as we did in the national park. Casa Bella Vista is definitely a perfect place to enjoy the Manuela Antonio area. It’s within walking distance to many restaurants, café, and shops. Also, a short walk to great beaches.

Perfect vacation

It was a vacation of a lifetime! We were a party of ten with ages ranging from 73 to 9. The house was absolutely amazing! The view is breathtaking. The pool was just perfection and we spent a lot of our time floating in the pool and hanging out outside. Rodrigo (who lives on site) not only kept the pool and grounds in pristine condition, he also helped us spot all of the wildlife on the property! Patricia the house keeper kept up with the house and did our laundry every other day. Our perfect vacation would not have been complete without Kimberly! She truly was amazing! Kimberley booked all Of our excursions (fishing,zip lining, waterfall tours, massages), she checked in with us daily and also set up all Of our transportation which was extremely helpful. I also highly recommend hiring the private chef Javier! He was amazing and made the most delicious food for us! I cannot recommend Casa Bella Vista enough and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfection...Just Perfection

Perfection is the only word to describe Casa Bella Vista! Kimberly made everything simple - both in terms of pre-arrival communication/booking & making/changing plans once we arrived. She was incredibly responsive & made us feel like we were her only priority. Patricia kept the house beautiful & clean, and it was wonderful to have laundry services available! Rodrigo (who stays in staff quarters in the house) maintains the grounds beautifully & came to get us when there were cool animals to see - he also made sure everything was locked up soundly after we retired for the night. The house itself is exactly as advertised. The pool is large & the view from it breathtaking - we spent every afternoon (& sometimes all day!) floating, laughing & just enjoying disconnecting from "normal" life. The bedrooms are all spacious & lovely - the air conditioning in each felt great after a day in the sun. The kitchen was well appointed & the common areas were comfortable for our party of 8. AND THE ANIMALS! Monkeys, sloths, iguanas...Casa Bella Vista has them all! We loved when the monkeys would come to visit & just swing through our patios & the pool area - such a unique experience! Kimberly arranged great activities for us - zip lining, white water rafting, hiking Manual Antonio, in-home spa services, Chef Javier for dinner twice & Andres for an afternoon splash party three times! Would highly recommend all. We cannot wait to return & are already looking at 2025 dates!!!

Beautiful location

Everything was perfect, the house is absolutely gorgeous, Kimberly was very accommodating and helpful planning for us, we were a big group so a lot of opinions. No complaints

A Vacation to Remember!

In our group, the ages spanned from 8 years of age to 75, and we all had an amazing time. Our views of the ocean and surrounding rain forest were breathtaking. We were all equally impressed with the wonderful staff who made us feel very welcome and couldn't have been more helpful. Kimberly was an amazing wealth of information regarding local restaurants, activities, shopping, and medical care, and she couldn't have been more attentive and efficient with all of the details that made this a truly stress-free vacation. Rodrigo, the caretaker, was really knowledgeable about the monkeys, birds, and sloths and would patiently point out their locations for us in the surrounding trees. Patricia, the housekeeper, was equally friendly and helpful. We all loved the personal touch she created with her beautiful floral arrangements. We couldn't have picked a more perfect place for an awesome vacation!!

A Dream House

We have been to Costa Rica 4 times,always staying in great places, however this was our favorite time because of this home. The decor, the layout and of course the view are breathtaking. We had sloths in our trees and daily visits from monkeys in the pool area. There's not enough good things I can say about it. The staff is also lovely, and Kimberly the property manager is amazing. She was always available to answer our questions and was very knowledgeable about the country. We can not wait to come back.

I moved to Costa Rica full time after years of traveling/ studying through the summers. I found my home in Manuel Antonio for years. It's the only place in the world I have traveled to that I have to catch my breath after seeing the view again for the first time! It's such a special place from the view, the park, beaches, and of course the monkeys!

I have been fortunate throughout the years to stay at the Casa Bella Vista and proud to represent the owner. I have a passion for my friends, family and guests to have the best possible experience in Costa Rica. I make it a mission to provide a care-free vacation with all details completely handled!

This property is perfect for a family or few couples. The spaces are very nice and open, terraces off every bedroom! The pool is perfect and just an amazing place to relax or entertain. It is in walking distance to many restaurants/bars and down to the beach! Location, location!

Casa Bella Vista truly is the home to Manuel Antonio's post-card view of the National Park. The infinity pool and roof-top terrace is a spectacular spot to take it all in from the view to nature around you. There is an abundance of animals that love the house too and stick pretty close. Casa Bella Vista is private yet a close minutes walk to the nearby restaurant and bars of Manuel Antonio. It is also in walking distance down to the beach.
