Guests have full access to the private Villa and the golf cart, facilitating transportation both to the beach and within the neighborhood (the cart cannot leave the Pedregal gate).
In addition, Pedregal offers tennis courts and a basketball court so you can enjoy all the amenities (our concierge can help you reserve the area you want so you can use it)
Other things to note
IMPORTANT: Due to the new regulations of El Pedregal, all contracted suppliers must have car insurance and a valid driver's license. If you do not have these documents, you will be denied access.

The cleaning service included in your reservation at Casa La Chula is offered from 10 am to 3 pm, throughout your stay and covers important aspects such as:
• Floor cleaning
• Cleaning dishes and kitchen
• Cleaning of common areas
• Change of towels under consideration
• Make beds
*Does not include washing clothes, ironing, etc.
*Ask the Concierge about the appropriate tip for the cleaning staff.
*This cleaning is extra during your stay, so it does not cover the deep cleaning that is carried out at check out.

The Pool

• Maximum reaches 90°F
• Works air-conditioned for 8 continuous hours (please specify the desired schedule with our Concierge)

• Works for an hour straight then has to turn on
