Escape to this enchanting freshly remodeled house right on the coast. Hardwood floors throughout. Our property backs right up to high tide. This cozy retreat features 3 bedrooms - 1 trundle bed (full, 2 twins in kids room wheel house bunk) bed and 2 queen beds, perfect for a family or group of friends. Go up the spiral staircase to the third level to enjoy views and the master suite and private bath. Enjoy the soothing ambiance of the living room, while hearing the ocean waves. With amenities like a washing machine, heating, hair dryer, and WiFi, guests can relax and unwind in this welcoming home away from home. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. We welcome Pets but must be in a kennel when in the home. Or there is huge deck that's covered and gated on the main level of the house they can roam.

Horrible driveway!!!! The house will be nice once it's complete however they are still in the midst of a renovation. Lots of nails and staples in the drive. We came for the hot rod run car show and were not pleased to have the driveway full of nails. Also it is not shown in the ad but the driveway is about a 1/2 mile long of very uneven muddy driveway, not great for a standard car let alone a classic car. Great view of the ocean though and once they complete the reno it will be beautiful

Nice location and it looks like it will eventually be very nice.However, it is still being worked on and not quite ready:There was no water in the kitchen sink. (had to go into the bathroom to get water, or get it from the Fridge)The Deadbolt lock has a code (this is great). However the original doorknob is still there and locks. If you accidentally lock it, you are locked out, and it is a big hassle to get back into the house.The clearly new fan over the stove didn't work. (It was new because you could see the pencil marks on the wall where they were installing it)One of the rooms has no lights of any kind (Not overhead, no lamps either). We started calling it 'the darkroom'. I assume there will be either lamps or overhead lights installed eventually.There is a hole in the ceiling where the chimney for a woodburning stove (gas stove?) used to go. I'm sure eventually it will be removed and patched up properly. (It had cobwebs)The top of the spiral staircase seems to be unfinished, with a big gap between it and the floor.There was just general construction debris around, and markings on the ceiling and walls... Areas that have been at least partially painted, but need another coat of paint (you can see the old paint bleeding through)I'm running out of characters for this review, so I have to cut short the positives: This place has HUGE potential. Beautiful location and likely will be very nice when it is finished.
The house coming back form the beach, you can see lots of yet to be painted siding from this side. Perhaps replacing windows and/or dry rot, but not quite finished.
The hole in the ceiling for the chimney of a stove that has been replaced (and a red 'construction line' on the ceiling)
