Thoughtfully designed with luxurious finishes and timeless mountain elegance, this 10,000-square-foot estate is ideal for large families, multi-generational groups, reunions, and retreats seeking both space and comfort in an unbeatable setting.
Just minutes from downtown Sandpoint, the home is perfectly located for year-round enjoyment. Inside, you’ll find seven beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom, offering a restful haven for every guest. The layout includes three distinct living areas, providing plenty of room to spread out, relax, and reconnect. The main living room boasts soaring wood-paneled ceilings, a dramatic antler chandelier, and a wood-burning fireplace, creating the perfect ambiance for cozy evenings together.
A sleek glass-and-steel staircase leads to a second gathering space featuring a custom entertaining bar, a gas fireplace, and a private patio overlooking the water. A telescope invites you to take in the stars or enjoy the peaceful lake and mountain views by day or night.
At the heart of the home is a chef’s kitchen, fully equipped with double ovens, two full-size refrigerators, and plenty of counter space for preparing everything from casual snacks to holiday dinners. **Note: Each year, on September 18th OR the 3rd Sunday in September (whichever is later), the Army Corps of Engineers begins dropping the water level of Lake Pend Oreille until ultimately reducing it by a total of 10-12 feet. Around the 4th week in September ALL boat docks and boat lifts on the lake become inaccessible and unusable, as the water completely recedes back from the shoreline leaving just bare ground beneath the docks. The agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers states the lake level must be restored to full pool level each year no later than July 4th, however, the last 10+ years the lake water has been at full pool level around the 2nd or 3rd week in June.

All areas of this home and land are available to the guest, except for any owner lock-off closets.

This is a beautiful, well maintained, and comfortable luxury home. There were countless thoughtful additions that allowed us to truly relax and enjoy this gorgeous setting. The management company was very responsive to a couple of minor questions and kindly accommodated our early arrival. I would absolutely recommend this home, especially for a large group.

We had a great time at this property! Beautiful home, well stocked kitchen, clean and great views! Property manager was easy to work with and very helpful. There were no chairs for down by the water and they brought some when we arrived. Only recommendation would be providing some umbrellas or some sort of sunshade by the dock as the area is in the sun most of the day. Highly recommend!
