We simply ask that items be rinsed and dried at the outdoor showers before being returned neatly for the next guests.

Important Information & House Guidelines
To ensure a smooth stay for everyone, please note:
* Primary renter must be 25 years or older
* Rental agreement required within 48 hours of booking
* Primary renter must be present for the duration of the stay
* Valid government-issued ID required
* $300 refundable damage deposit hold prior to arrival
* No smoking or parties
* Booking includes Edgewater’s resort fee
* Parking included for up to two vehicles
* Starter supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, trash bags); guests should plan to purchase additional supplies for longer stays
