Phoenix 10, Unit 1509 is a spacious four-bedroom, four-bath condo that sleeps up to 12 guests—and it’s the only four-bedroom unit in the entire building, which makes it truly special!
The layout includes:
• A king bed in the master suite
• A king bed in the second bedroom
• A queen bed in the third bedroom
• Twin bunkbeds in the fourth bedroom
• Plus, two queen-size sleeper sofas in the living room
This beautiful condo is brand new to our rental program, and we are currently in the process of having professional photos taken—so stay tuned!
In the meantime, you can go ahead and book with confidence, knowing you’ll enjoy an amazing stay and make unforgettable memories with your family at Phoenix 10.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.
Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.
