Bienvenido a Phoenix West II 501!

Este 4 dormitorios, 4. Unidad frente al Golfo 5 cuarto de baño es de aproximadamente 2500 sq. Ft con una gran envoltura alrededor de balcón con acceso desde la sala de estar, así como todas las habitaciones.

La habitación principal tiene una cama de matrimonio y baño privado con bañera de hidromasaje, ducha de baldosas grandes a ras de suelo con dos cabezales de ducha y un tocador doble, TV de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD.

La segunda, tercera y cuarta habitación todos tienen una cama doble, baño privado y TV de pantalla plana y todas tienen una televisión de pantalla plana y DVD.

El salón cuenta con un sofá cama Queen y Full.

Conexión inalámbrica a Internet está disponible, así como una cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, gran isla con barra, bar con máquina de hielo y una lavadora y secadora.

Phoenix West ofrece espectaculares vistas frente al Golfo y fabulosas instalaciones. Siéntase libre para relajarse en las brillantes aguas del río lento frente al golfo, mientras que los más pequeños disfruten del tobogán enrevesada. Este complejo también dispone de piscina descubierta, piscina para niños, pistas de tenis, piscina cubierta climatizada con jacuzzis, área de parrilla y el paseo marítimo con ducha al aire libre. We did not have hot water 3 out of the 5 nights. We called the rental company daily and they would just tell us the plumber pushed his appointment to the next day. Can you imagine being on the beach all day, sand, salt water, sunscreen, and not hot water to bathe at night!??

Birthday stay

The condo smelled dusty, I called to have them come clean the place or dust it or something and I don’t know if they ever came but it probably gets like that if it has not been rented, the front desk staff or the people that worked the lobby area were not friendly, they weren’t rude but they weren’t friendly either.

Great place

The parking wasn't so great. We had a 4 bedroom that sleeps like 12 and you only get two parking spots and then the off site parking is on another street that you can't walk to, because of distance and it was $75 and then when I finally was able to move the car to our location they still charged me tha $60 for 2 days of parking. We stayed there originally because it was a Phoenix prop, we had stayed at Phoenix 7 a couple of years ago and it was great. The communication and stuff didn't seem as well since in the process of us reserving and our vacation they had changed to The Oasis at Orange Beach. Thanks Melisa

Great place to stay. Large living and kitchen nicely furnished. Will definitely book again. Only issues I had with listing is it doesn’t give information on the 3 guest bathrooms and the wrap around balcony is not accurate. But the balcony is very large and well furnished

LOVE THE PROPERTY AND THE LOCATION. DID NOT LOVE THE ELEVATOR SITUATION AND THE UMBRELLA AND CHAIR SITUATION. ALSO MY SISTER HAD HER TOWEL AND BEACH BAG ON A CHAIR AND SOMEONE STOLE HER YETI CUP WHILE WE WERE IN THE LAZY RIVER.

Perfect Condo for a Couples' Trip!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for our trip of 4 couples. I had a hard time finding a 4 bedroom condo that had king or queens in all the rooms. This one was more than perfect with each bedroom also having its own bathroom. The layout of the condo, amenities, balcony, everything was perfect. There was a bit of a gnat issue but nothing that would ruin our stay. I had never used Liquid Life to make reservations but they had way less fees than the other sites. I will definitely use them again.

Everything as listed. On a bad note didn’t get to check in until almost 6:00 pm and not enough towels and wash cloths for entire party. Property manager said that’s what the washer & dryer are for. Other than that it is a nice unit and great facility have stayed at the Phoenix west 2 four times now.

Absolutely terrible experience!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all the condo is completely not what you see in the photos. The walls are filthy and begging to be painted or at least wiped down. The refrigerator did not cool and we had to keep all of our cool items in our YETI with ice. Also, the actual condo building and HOA is a joke. The lifeguard was doing drugs on the side of the building and because we reported it (like liquid life told us to do) we were asked to leave!!! We had to leave our vacation 2 days early and lose over $2,500.00 bc their lifeguard was doing cocaine and we reported it like we were told to do. Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS CONDO OR ANYCONDO IN THIS BUILDING!!!!

Beautiful getaway

Spacious and clean.

Our multiple family vacation was very enjoyable because of the size and cleanliness of this condo. Of course we LOVED the amenities of Phoenix West ll. We did have trouble with the dryer but, after we reported it, it was repaired the following day. The 2 large chairs in the TV area do need to be replaced. However, it was very nice to be able for everyone to spread out and enjoy our time together. The large balcony area was fantastic for our grandkids and had lots of seating.

Great Property

Overall, we loved this condo. There were some AC and lighting issues we reported but they could not handle during our stay. Mostly the back Master bedroom. The kids loved the pools and all the amenities. Other than the hot bedroom, we loved our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean & had everything we needed in the kitchen. The building was perfect to let the kids go off on their own & not worry about them. The location was perfect because there were groceries and stores a mile away in one direction and a beautiful state park one mile away in the opposite direction. There are great restaurants & a seafood market within walking distance. There was plenty of parking plus an outdoor pool, indoor pool, lazy river and the beach all right there. We used the grills outside & there were 15-20 with plenty of tables for hanging out while the food was cooking. The balcony was huge with plenty of seating overlooking the lazy river & beach. We loved that every room has its own bathroom plus a half bath in the hallway! This place is everything we hoped it would be!

How do you not enjoy sitting on the balcony with some very adult beverages with 3 old (and I do mean old) college friends. Telling stories, watching the pelocans and the waves. I never turnes on the TV in my room.
