The cabin is in a very convenient location, but a car will definitely be required. Please be advised that the road in is gravel/dirt and can get become muddy.

⏰ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECKOUT

Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM. We’ll do our best to accommodate alternate times for a small fee.



🚭 NO SMOKING

This is a non-smoking house, so we kindly ask all guests to refrain from smoking in or near the home, where it could impact future guests.



✧ GUEST VERIFICATION ✧

Local regulations require us to verify your identity prior to check-in (just like hotels). We do this through your booking platform or a secure form with a government-issued ID.



💳 DEPOSIT

A $1,000 damage/vandalism deposit might be required for your reservation—either transparently via your booking platform or as a refundable hold, released post-checkout just like hotels do.



🧼 SANITIZATION & CLEANING

We treat our homes like luxury hotels—with dedicated cleaning staff and strict disinfection protocols to ensure your health, safety, and comfort during every stay.



🎆 NO FIREARMS or FIREWORKS

As much as we love our Southern traditions, please refrain from discharging firearms or fireworks on the grounds.



USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

Please understand that in accordance with our house rules and your rental agreement, all facilities and amenities including the hot tub, fire pit, porch/deck, and of course the grounds are to be used at your own risk and children must be supervised at all times.



Interaction with Guests:

We know you have limited time to enjoy the area with your family and friends so we'll stay completely out of your hair. However, we're always available by phone, text, or your booking App and are happy to assist with sightseeing recommendations and anything else that comes up!
