Not only do we have plenty of restaurants right on your doorstep, but we also have a fully equipped kitchen with enough appliances and stock to make simple meals for those nights when you just want to chill out and cook.

The living area has plenty of light and flows together to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The sofa bed is comfy, so you can curl up with a board game or movie.

After a fun-filled day of exploring, make your way into our comfortable bedrooms equipped with luxury bedding and provide the relaxation you need. Both the master and second bedrooms are equipped with closets and queen-sized beds.

The bathroom includes a bath and a washer & dryer are also ensuite for guests to use.

High-speed WiFi is included in the unit.

One free parking is included in your stay. Additional parking (beyond the free spot) is available in secure underground parking with 24/7 parking across the street for 20 to 30 dollars a day.

Whole Foods style grocery store, Union Station, LCBO, several banks, Rogers Centre, Scotiabank Arena, Convention Centre, and several top restaurants all within a 3 mins walk!

* The building amenities are available for 30 days or longer rentals only. The gym & fitness area, indoor pool, and sauna are all on the mezzanine level.

* Tenant registration is required in the building. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll send you forms to fill out and submit to the building before the check in date.

* For shorter than 28 days stays - Upon arrival, you will need to have your ID and confirmation number ready to register at the self-service check-in terminal located in the building lobby.
