This stunning oceanfront home sits directly on Mission Beach’s boardwalk, offering an immersive coastal escape with no compromise. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls vanish into the views. Soaring 19-foot ceilings flood the interior with light. Every detail is curated to blend relaxed Southern California style with high-end comfort.

Main Level / Living Areas

Open-concept design anchors the main floor. A gourmet kitchen (including Sub Zero and Wolf appliances, full setup) flows into the dining and living spaces, which seamlessly open onto the beachfront patio. Imagine entertaining indoors or stepping directly outside, effortlessly. This level also includes a powder room as well as an oversized two-car garage with washer and dryer.

Bedrooms & Baths

Spread over three levels, the house offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master suite includes a king bed with expansive ocean views, a spa-style jacuzzi tub and shower also boasting ocean views, a dedicated workspace, and private balcony overlooking the ocean. There are two queen bedrooms on the second level with dedicated workspaces, private balconies and a luxurious shared bathroom. The third floor includes an additional laundry room and a massive bunk room with two sets of queen bunkbeds, a large private balcony and ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms are thoughtfully designed and comfortably appointed to ensure privacy and serenity for all guests.

Rooftop Deck & Outdoor Spaces

The rooftop is a showstopper — panoramic ocean views, daybed and lounge area as well as bar seating for sunset cocktails or morning meditation, plus plenty of room to gather. Down below, the beachfront patio acts as your private extension of the home, where you’ll spend countless hours soaking the views during the day and entertaining around the fire pit at night. There is also a BBQ and dining table to enjoy. The sound of waves becomes your soundtrack.

Tides Edge accommodates up to 14 guests, making it ideal for families, groups of friends, milestone celebrations, or retreats. The home balances social spaces and quiet corners alike, so whether you’re gathering together or chasing a moment of peace, both are possible. Its central location allows for easy walking / biking access to everything the beach area has to offer, yet far enough away for a peaceful beach experience.
