Welcome to Beach Time, a charming and spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath beach home nestled on the beautiful Fort Morgan Peninsula. Perfectly positioned between the Gulf of Mexico and Mobile Bay, this pet-friendly retreat sleeps up to 10 guests and offers the ideal setting for a relaxing family vacation or a fun-filled friends’ getaway. Just a short stroll from the shoreline, you’ll enjoy easy access to sand, surf, and all the coastal adventures you could want.

The home features an open-concept layout with a large, comfortable living room complete with a sectional sofa and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and all the essentials for preparing meals, while the dining area provides seating for six.

Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a peaceful escape with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a private en-suite bathroom featuring double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a luxurious soaking tub.

Bedroom 2, also located on the second floor offers a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a single vanity and a tub/shower combination.

Downstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms. Bedroom 3 offers a queen-size bed and flat-screen TV and shares a hallway bathroom. Bedroom 4 is perfect for kids or additional guests, with two sets of twin bunk beds (sleeping four) and its own TV, also sharing the hallway bathroom. Every room is thoughtfully decorated with a coastal theme to make you feel right at home.

Outside, the amenities continue with a covered carport that features comfortable outdoor furniture, a park-style grill and a hammock providing a quiet spot to unwind. The driveway can accommodate four vehicles, with an additional parking space available under the carport.

Whether you’re soaking up the sun, exploring the nearby waters, or simply relaxing with loved ones, Beach Time is the perfect setting for your next beachside escape.

About Fort Morgan

Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
