Robbins 'Nest es una acogedora casa de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños ubicada en Old Florida Village. Old Florida Village está cerca de Gulf Place a lo largo de las playas de South Walton en 30A. El complejo cuenta con 2 piscinas comunitarias.

-Primer piso tiene dormitorio con una cama Queen, cocina, sala, comedor

-Segundo piso tiene un dormitorio principal King con baño privado y una habitación con literas (doble arriba, doble abajo y un nido debajo) también con baño privado.

La casa se actualizó en 2015 y también tiene un televisor montado en el porche trasero al lado de la parrilla de gas.

Christmas Vacay

The house is in a great neighborhood, which is in a great location on 30A. Very convenient to everything. The house was great. We have stayed in this neighborhood before several times and always try to find something here first.

Wonderful location near beach!

We really enjoyed our visit to Santa Rosa Beach! The owner was very accommodating for our families needs. Couple things were needed during our visit and management company responded quickly.

Nice location!

My family and I had a nice experience at Robins Nest. Great location- close to beach and short drive to restaurants and such. Place was clean and well kept- a bit outdated but not important to us. The beds were a bit uncomfortable— stiff, that’s only negative I have. Overall good vaca!

Great Price, Great Location!

We had an amazing time here. So close to the public beach access points and dining, and the grocery store. The inside of the house is a bit older but it’s clean. The price made it worth it, If you don’t mind dated decor. I wouldn’t sleep an adult on the bunk beds as the mattress were not comfy, but my kids were fine with them. They also enjoyed their own on-suite bathroom. Master bedroom had nice bed and large bathroom and screened in porch. The neighborhood was nice and well kept. Again, for the price and location, it was well worth it. Much cheaper to stay here than most other places in same area. Great location and neighborhood. You just have to be okay with a home that’s a bit older and not remolded. We were, and had a blast!

Great location!

Plenty of room for family of 7. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants and beach access. Easy drive to Destin or PBC. We had the pool to our selves several times. Received our email with check in/check out instructions well in advance.

Third year staying here but different house. Love this community.

Loved the community and liked the house. Would stay there again but would really like the outside furniture cleaned up. The chairs were rusted and all the seat cushions were old and molded. Other than that we loved the house. Love the community!!

Review

The pictures online looked great however, the place in person did not look as clean as the pictures. The downstairs bathtub and toilet were constantly backed up. The upstairs toilet overflowed. The back porch furniture was moldy and worn out. The back porch was not a great place to sit because of the worn out furniture. The grill was not clean, we had to clean it before using it.

Loved the area and the house!

We enjoyed the 3 bedroom house for our families. we loved the bunk beds and had plenty of space and porches to enjoy each other. we made good use of the pool and the beaches close by. we rented a golf cart and had a good time at area beaches. the waves were perfect. Thank you for the use of your home.

Spring Break

Loved our stay. Easy check in and out. Close to shops, beach etc. we rented a paddle board but should have rented bikes. Also a golf cart rental was perfect for getting to beach with all our stuff. Pool is just a few houses away. Neighborhood was great. Friendly. Mostly quiet except for the teens next door who were unattended for several days. They got pretty load. The house itself was perfect for our family of 6.

We stayed her for a few nights for a winter getaway. The location of the house is pretty good, very close to restaurants and shops. The beach is about .7 miles away, so walking to the beach is doable, but it is right on the verge of being too long of a walk. The house fine. The kitchen has all the cooking instruments that one needs, the bed was super comfortable. We did have a few issues. One is that in the whole house there are very nice plantation shutters, except for the master bedroom where there is a thin curtain that doesn't offer much privacy or sun protection. We did have issues with the TV. First, the cable box wouldn't turn on at all, so I placed a call to maintenance, they replaced it the next afternoon. I thought that the turn around and response time was reasonable. However, the cable box still had issues, the guide and the channels didn't match up. I don't think that this is the property management company's fault, but it was frustrating. I do feel that the technology in the house could be upgraded, there were 19'' TVs in the bedrooms, very old DVD players, and none of the TVs had Netflix or amazon, or anyway to connect to the internet (bring your roku or fire stick). Overall, the house was a good fit for the two of us. Also, they offer a free round golf, but the course is under construction and wasn't taking tee times during our stay.

A sofa bed mattress on the bunk bed was a hugh disappointment.

Good unit, but the sofa bed mattress on plywood for the double bed in the bunk bed was really uncomfortable. The black wash cloth for makeup removal was loaded with dye. We had to have maintenance come tighten the bunk bed, which they did same day. Great complex in a good location.

Had a great time and the accommodations were perfect.

This home suited two families with three boys perfectly. Loved hanging out on the front deck at night and we were surrounded by close restaurants and ice cream at night! We did rent a golf cart which made it super easy to get to the beach and anywhere we wanted to go. Rental company is super close and highly recommend. We didn't bring our bikes so this helped getting around a lot easier. Quiet neighborhood with several pools to choose from.

Comfortable but needs an update

The house was very comfortable. There were a few things which would have made the stay better. All the knives were dull, had to walk to a store to get a lighter to light the grill, most of the cups were partially melted (from the dishwasher I guess). A lot of the kitchen items were just old and beat up. The home was not cleaned very well prior to our arrival. There was a previous guests wet towel on the porch and still a bit of debris on the floor. The surfaces and bathrooms were clean. One of the tubs upstairs has a big hole which has a patch over it. Great location and a good size for our family, just a bit “tired”.

Great trip

We enjoyed staying at Robbin’s Nest for the week. The beach is a short bike ride or walk from the house. The property had 2 pools. Some reviews mentioned TVs being small. We agree that the bedroom TVs are small but we didn’t come to the beach to watch television. To address some other reviews, we had no problems with the AC or the toilets. The kitchen is well stocked and the home was perfect for our getaway.

Home away from

I have nothing negative to say about this property! Check in was simple and speedy. Rooms, toilets, and linens were all crisp and clean. So many extra blankets and pillows! We also found zero problems with the plumbing, and the washer and dryer being upstairs close to the master bedroom was such a welcome surprise! There is no “governor” on the thermostat like someone previously mentioned in their review. In fact, there is duel thermostat in this home! One for the top floor and one for the bottom. The entire house stayed cool the entire week we were there! Another added plus was that each bedroom has their own private balcony. Home is close to the swimming pool and the neighborhood is within walking distance to the beach, Goatfeather’s restaurant, an ice cream shop and a beach gear rental company. I absolute love love LOVE the neighborhood. This is our second year to book a home on Hidden Lake Way and we are HOOKED! Thank you for a wonderful week! This truly was a wonderful home away from home.
