Great Location

the location is great for key west. under a half mile walk to anywhere was our joke for the week. Never heard any noise from Duval, but a simple and fast walk to the bars! Also, an easy walk to the Taylor State park which was awesome. Check in was confusing, however the detailed directions saved the day! I would stay here again when I come back to Key West

We had a couple of issues in the condo that were quickly resolved by the management. Many of the properties in this large complex attract long term residents. Easy to walk to attractions and restaurants around Key West.

Nice quiet place

Place was very nice, only complaint was the shower was luke warm to cool. I went to the office and asked them to have someone look at it. I don't know if anyone did, we didn't see anyone but we were out most of the time, either way it never got any warmer.

The floors were very dirty and when I pulled out a pan to cook, there was still food in it. I felt I had to wash the dishes before using them. The kitchen faucet was rusted and hard to use. The unit did have good air-conditioning which was great in the Florida summer.

Thanksgiving week

Great location. Needs updated furniture. Sticky cabinets, old tired and broken outdoor furniture. One very thin blanket for 2 beds. I wouldn't dare use the big, upholstered comforter from 1970..... Yuck. We know it was thanksgiving week but multiple messages we left went unanswered. No one could retrieve and return one call. It is the hospitality industry!

Wouldn't stay again

Furniture was in poor condition,Had to repair toilet several times,my wife tripped on loose metel strip on top of stairs,Had to clean unit floors, Crumbs and trash in fold out bed, pictures are available upon request,For the price we paid it was awful, also Management would not allow more than 1 car in complex and was not helpful in finding parking for guest,

We did have the following issues:-doorknob entering the unit is very loose. Unable to tighten-the bedroom had only 1 small dresser (no more than 30" wide-bedroom door does not close due to the large bed in a small room. Unit is not good for more than 2 people-need shelving in the bathroom. No where to put your necessary items-no lights on the deck-deck chairs need to be replace. Wicker is broken on many of them-blades on the ceiling fans need to be cleaned. Covered with dust.

The Annex, is reasonably priced and very quiet (despite being only two blacks from the center of Duval Street). Ft. Zachary Taylor Beach is within walking distance, as are all Old Town Restaurants and Bars. The management staff ha always been very helpful and courteous. We highly recommend Compass Realty and Truman Annex. We hope to return for many years.

Very nice shower, washer/dryer and kitchen with dishwasher. King size bed is nice in this one bedroom unit. Not the fanciest, but this is Key West not Miami. We have reupped for 2022 already.

Chairs were not very comfortable, but you don't expect to hang out in your condo when in Key West. Nothing fancy. Being fussy we'd suggest a taller dresser with more drawers, lower nightstands and lose the fancy bed frame. You can't close the bedroom door with the current one.
